By the by that form is only a requirement for the users who did not have their designs on oekaki! c:
Others can either skip it, or put on your oekaki post if you wish!
If you already posted one it is ok to leave it up, but just know you don't have to!

If you missed and already started/finished designing when the raffle is done,
your welcome to keep your design as a non-rpw (unless you buy a custom token to keep it),
but you will not be entered into the raffle once it is closed.

A very small and feisty looking rpw with a slight accent you can't quite place hands you a list hurriedly.

Salutations 🎃

You may be curious as to what exactly this part of the event is. Well, to put it simply, do you remember the Secret Santa giveaway last Christmas? And perhaps the RPW staff litter? Well, this is a sort of a merger of these two ideas! I've selected some Halloween colors for these wolves to have and, both rpw staff AND any other volunteer may post to be added to design a Halloween RPW with this palette! Just, please be sure to read the following info before posting to be added and designing an rpw.

Game Rules 🎃

In this event, you must post below to be added the lines to design an RPW.
You shall have until Halloween morning to enter and finish your design!

Like with the wolf exchange, you'll be designing a rpw that'll be won by another player!
Everyone who completes a wolf on time will get an rpw in return! However, unlike the Christmas trade, the result will be randomly raffled, so you won't know who gets what until the end! In this way, it is rather like "trick or treat". You never know what candy you may get...

Want a different wolf than the one you got?
For a week after the event ends, you'll be permitted to trade them for other "Color Palette" wolves in this set! Just like you can swap candies to find your perfect treat, but once time is up your rpw is with you to stay and cannot be traded.

You may not, however, trade for the wolf you designed! These are not customs, so keep that in mind!

Designing Rules 🎃

• You may only design 1.
• Leave the designs covered until I post you may reveal them!
• They'll be raffled before they are revealed.
• Once you are finished, please add me to the lines so I can approve the design.
• I'll post it is approved once approved. But do not reveal until after the raffle results.
• Can't use oekaki? You may draw it on custom lines off-site, but it must be transferred later on! When posting here, you MUST note that you will not be using oekaki, and then you can PM me your design when finished.
• You must use the color palette provided. (The little wolf heads!)
• You may only use a non-palette color in the eyes and paint color! And it can only be one to two colors if you do so.
• (UPDATED OCT 20TH) The RPW may have at most 3 edits. Very tiny tufts of hair, fangs (small ones, very big ones will count) or whiskers will not count to these three. However, wings, edited tails and ears, long hair, horns, special/sparkly paint/ glowing eyes or markings ect do count.
• Keep it Halloween themed! It can be cutesy Halloween (like candies and such), autumn themed (leaves, scarecrows, harvest, ect), or creepy themed (monsters and so forth).
• Designs may not be pps, but may be any age.
  
  NEW RULES !!
  
• (new) Please no plain-color designs! The rpw must have at least 1 design on it, and eyes should be colored visibly different from body. One flat color will not count. (Update: Eyes can be one color (will count as an edit, having no pupil) but cannot be the same color as body.)
• (NEW) Adding to the above, just keep in mind to put some effort into your design! Do the best your abilities can allow, to be sure the end-trades are fair. It would be unfair for one user to put a lot into their design to receive one with no effort put into it.
• (new) "Powers" such as paint powers, being a ghost, actual werewolf or actual vampire (ex: long fangs does not nessarily mean vampire) count as an edit. Please specify your intentions of it being one of these if it is not obvious.
• (new) They cannot, however, be members of the ghost subspecies.

• You many only trade for other Halloween Palette wolves.
