You spot a strange wolf, a very, very strange wolf. It... does it even have a head? You can't help but stare at the, yes, headless wolf. She notices you, black smoke puffing from her neck in surprise, and then the smoke forms words in the air. "Oh, hello! I have been learning all about Halloween recently, with it coming up and all, and I really wanted to experience it all for myself. So, I've managed to round up some help to put together, well, I hope, a really great Halloween experience. So have fun, and I hope you get lots of candy!" That was probably the weirdest experience of your life, you think as you walk away toward the festivities. You stop to look back at the headless wolf, after a moment wondering if she can even eat candy. Oh well, if not, more candy for you!
Caer is here to welcome everyone to the Halloween event! The festivities will run from October 16th until October 31st, with the Event Store remaining open for a while after the Event ends to make sure everyone has a chance to turn in their candy for whatever might interest them.
