If we got an underaged wolf (Teen or Pup) are we allowed to get them aged? I was unsure what the rules for this were.

None of the rpws here are pps, so unless one of the edits is stunted growth, these can be grown.
Wait limit still applies though.

quick question - would we be able to revamp the wolf we receive?
i.e i really like gerard's (the wolf i recieved) design but i'd love to clean up some parts of it perhaps - not changing the entire thing, of course, but perhaps changing tiny parts or cleaning parts up etc? if we bought an edit potion/revamp token would we be allowed to?

Probably you would be permitted to, if you had a token.
I suggest asking one of the rpw mods first, though, as I am uncertain.

To add to this, because I'm kinda dumb and tried looking - what item would we use for a revamp? I don't seem to have found some sort of revamp token in the shop, so what would the best option be ?

No one has to necessarily 'claim' the raffle RPW they got (either by posting on the page/messaging the creator. . . etc.), it's their's regardless of whether they post on the page/claim it or not. ;o;

Edits are: Horns, a 'Literal Actual Snake' Tail xD, has black sclera and slitted pupils
Extra Info: The snake drools paint and can spit it, like spitting snakes, but the paint is otherwise just normal red paint. The RPW's edits were inspired by a chimaera~
