So here it is, the introduction of the lion-mane viscet.
Believe it or not, this started out as a liger-based design, but it looked too much like a golden tabby (of which we have a couple of already) so I scrapped that and y'all got this really subtle color palette and design instead.
Personally I really ended up loving this better than the golden tabby look anyhow.

-Prettying up is allowed
-Extras are not required, but do help your chances.
-You can use non-viscet characters that you own as this viscet's best friend, or use a viscet owned by you (or another person with permission)
-You can add as many extras as you like, as long as it doesn't exceed fifteen-hundred (1500) words collectively, or more than four pieces of art
-If you do art, it is required that you use the Viscet Reference Repository as references for drawing your art. It can be traditional or digital. Because of the Repository rules it cannot be traced and you can not commission someone to draw it for you (though you can ask a friend to do it, or do an art trade and ask them to reference from the repository). It would be appreciated if you linked to the image that you referenced from. Also, as an added note, I won't just be taking quality of art into consideration. Amount of effort vs skill level will also be taken into account (especially considering this kind of crazy rule lol
-Alternately, and these are the only exceptions to the above rule, if it's just a headshot OR if it's a picture of the viscet with it's best friend, it does not have to be referenced from the repository.
-Just as a reminder though, art is not a requirement, it just boosts your chances of winning.

Augustus is really shy and bashful, plus he has extreme anxiety so he can never seem to even approach someone to become his friend. He also is a huge pessimist, thinking of everything that could go wrong whenever he approaches a new Viscet. So, basically, he can't approach someone without hyperventilating or freaking out.
Personality:
Negative
Augustus is a worry-wort and is also really shy and pessimistic. He is also really protective when he actually has close friends and family members.
Positive
When you get to know him, he is really sweet and sugary. He is also adorable and quite the chatterbox.

Bad Habits:
-Augustus giggles. A lot.
-When nervous, he tends to twirl the tip the his tail fur.
-When embarrassed, he buries his head into his chest fur.
-When speaking with someone new, his eyes are as wide as moons, yet he nods and replies (stuttering, of course).
