Dear Diary,
He's the most amazing male I've ever met! The older I've gotten the more I see the love grow. We were children together, Pan and I. Though it was more that I was a child and he came to keep me company because I'd been lonely on my fathers place.

Like a typical impetuous child, I'd walked out into the garden and demanded one. And just like that he just stepped out of the woods, playing a tune on his beautiful pipes. We did everything together, and he taught me to walk silently, shoot a bow, and play the piepes. And in turn, I taught him to read, and write, and shared my sweets with him. We were the best of friends.

But one day, he was called away, and I was left alone. I went to school, I learned to take care of the estates, and lady like things. Then, just like that he appeared. I was walking through the garden and I heard a familiar tune. Eagerly I rushed over to the edge of the path, and there he was.

He was playing a tune, surrounded by creatures big and small, and with a glad cry I threw myself into his arms. He swung me around and laughed with me, and I realized he'd grown as much as I had. He was tall! And handsome, and when he set me down, with my head spinning, and joy in my heart, I knew... He was the one.

Why: Perhaps my idea of a knight in shining armor is not the same as everyone elses. But the moment I saw Neila I knew, she had to be the one! First off, let me say...apparently I was not supposed to see her. She claims it was my near death experience that allowed me to do so. (From what she says, she is dead....I think she must mean DEAD GORGEOUS! Har har!) So, I was hit by a car, and as I was laying there, half dead. I saw before my very eyes, an Angel! A stunning, beautiful, Angel! Of course this angel was going all out and beating the crap out of some...thing that I have no idea what it was. (She just calls them 'monsters') Despite my injuries, which were pretty grave, shall I note! I picked myself up and drug myself towards the purple Angel. Reaching for her, I grasped her arm and held on tight. I don't remember what I said, but it must have been something fantastic, for the look she gave me knocked me clear off my feet! (I promise it had nothing to do with the fact that the monster just kicked me...) In a fury, my purple angel tore apart that nasty monster who had hurt me, and just as I was passing out she took me in her arms and carried me to a hospital. I woke to find her in my room, watching me. I knew then, she was the one.

Maybe i am just going off looks again, but i feel this describes him a bit too...maybe he may seem mysterious on the outside, but in reality, he is kind and bright? Maybe...just maybe..."

Bennu can't remember ever laughing as hard as he does when he's with Anansi. Anansi is a practical joker; he speaks fluently in puns, laughs loudly, pulls pranks on the gullible and the naive. He's always surrounded by friends because he's very social and easily liked but he made a point of befriending Bennu especially when he first joined Nemo's pack. Bennu is rather shy, uncomfortable being around a crowd but Anansi makes it easier for him; he incorporates him into group conversations, asks for his opinion when the others are talking over his softer voice. Anansi sleeps a lot during the day and often invites Bennu to nap with him, citing the importance of a good sleep cycle with a laugh.

Bennu and Anansi spend most afternoons together, Bennu wading through the cold waters of the river that twists through the pack's territory in search of fish and Anansi dozing on the damp shore. Anansi draws from Bennu stories of his past and although he listens sleepily, his eyes half-closed and his ears relaxed, Bennu knows he is listening far more intently than it seems. Anansi remembers little things Bennu brings up, things like that he's terrified of wasps because he got jumped by a hive once or that he's particularly fond of deer meat, and in return Anansi takes care of him; reminds him where all the wasp hives are on their territory and selects a good cut of meat for Bennu whenever the pack catches a buck.
