Shikaras are dog-like creatures about the size of a common red fox. Almost all shikaras have large wings that are able to carry them through the skies and they normally have long tails to follow. Each shikara is born from their orb, while they are young use their sticky saliva to repair their orb which after the cracks are filled, the orb "Attaches" itself to the young shikaras tail. The orb can be cracked and/or damaged but can be easily repaired with a youngster's saliva.

Deep in the woods, if you listen close enough, in the light of the midnight sun, you can hear a faint crunch.
That, my friend, is Hopedust.
He wanders and hunts among the winter buds and summer's bare trees.
He does this because he has no friends.
He has no friends because they are dead.

Dust does not wander this forest for simply no reason other than he is lonely.
He is also a monitor (one who warns to prevent mistakes).

Thant's what he calls himself, anyways.
He warns those in the woods, whether they are lost or not.

He warns them of his dead friends.

They tend not to like this.

That is why Hopedust is also plaqued with visions that his

friends

have brought upon him.
These visions enable his to warn those in the woods.

His friends, as you can tell, are not very nice.
Not nice at all.


(ugh sorry if this is bad, i tried to write it in a nonsensical way, like welcome to night vale style, but it turned out weird :v
