The Baby
Once your JBDs' baby hatches, you can:
a) Keep it. If you and another person bred your JBDs, it is up to you to decide who will keep it. Remember, the baby counts either as one of your 4 normal JBDs, or as the fifth nursery slot.
b) Give it for adoption. Hold a contest to find a new owner for the baby.
c) Gift it to someone. You may gift the baby to another user.

This will be an impress me contest. There are a few rules- make sure you read them!--All art should be going to the winner, unless you have a good reason for keeping it. You'll need to PM us at the end to explain. It just doesn't make much sense to just waste art of the character that someone owns! If you want to recolor it, you can always just make a new version.
--If anyone is found stealing, you will be disqualified. We'll need the proof and everything, but seriously, directly copying ideas or information? Not cool.
--No posting 'I claim website idea', 'I claim blog idea', 'I claim comic idea' etc. Those aren't original ideas, and you have no right to claim them as your own.
--Although different names are highly encouraged, if you really want to use the same name as someone, you need to get their permission first, or talk to us. Again, using the same names isn't encouraged.
--No complaining if you don't win. By entering this contest you accept the fact that you are competing against others and are prepared to lose.
What we're looking for in a form:-Effort. Lots of work done by you. Art done by others is great, but we want to know that you really connect to this character! Writing and art expressing the personality means a lot.
Direct family:
-Quality over quantity. Again, showing the character through the writing and art is a lot more effective than just plain listing the personality traits. Walls of text are also annoying and hard to read.
-Originality. A well-rounded character has flaws and quirks as well as good traits. Characters with no good traits can be just as flat as mary-sues.
-Easy to read. Please, spellcheck your work and get a friend to review for you! It's boring to read walls of text full of spelling and grammar mistakes.Berry (mother, owned by snek/kat)
