What is a Purrthea?

A Purrthea, or Purr for short, is a large feline creature. They have oversized fangs and long fluffy coats and eat pretty much whatever they can get their paws on. However the most fascinating thing about Purrtheas is the culture that they have formed, mainly their rituals involving tea. When a Purrthea reaches 3 years of age, the part of its brain that controls teleportation finishes growing. At that point a Purrthea is allowed to go on a journey into the human world and bring back a teacup. Purrtheas are not forced to undergo this challenge, but a Purrthea will not be officially recognized as an adult until it proves itself by obtaining a teacup. When a Purrthea decides to leave the cave of its parents, it must venture into the human world again and obtain a teapot of its own. Most Purrtheas prefer to live in their own world, but some prefer to live in the world of humans. Of those that live in the world of humans, ever fewer have contact with humans. But who knows, maybe someday you will have an encounter with a Purrthea.

➼Personality;Bluejay is very elegant and sophisticated.Despite her fancy nature,She is also very shy,and loyal.She has lots of friends and is loyal to all of them.Sometimes,Rarely,She will speak out.

➼How Bluejay got her bluejay feathers is an interesting story,I suppose ill tell you it.Take a seat,get comfy,and have some tea.

Bluejay opened her eyes slowly.She pawed the air and giggled as her mother put a paw on her chest.Thats mother!She thought to herself,in excitement.Bluejays mother looked into the air and widened her eyes as a bluejay fluttered onto her tiny cub."Is it an omen..a sign?" Breathed her mother.The bluejay nuzzled against her cub and her mother watched in shock as it flew away;leaving two small bluejay feathers.Her mother nuzzled her gently."I will name you Bluejay.." She whispered.She then took the two flowers and gently weaved them into her short mane.

I thought i'd try my hand at a poem, hope you like!

~The Prize by ~.Crow.~
Silent as death a shadow creeped
through the darkness rich and deep.
With keen senses the huntress knew
a jay with feathers as rich and blue
as the eyes that pierced it through.

The huntress thought "You will be mine.
And your feathers i'll intertwine,
in my fur that helps me blend
to the darkness that brought your end."

Poised and alert the predator did wait,
for the perfect moment to bring it's fate.
With extended claws and a racing heartbeat,
through the forrest the huntress did leap.

The Bird of blue couldn't make a sound
before the huntress brought it to the ground.
And brought about the end of it's life,
with fangs and claws as sharp as a knife.

The thrill of the hunt glinted in her eyes,
As she lifted her feathery prize.
Not a feather, would the huntress waste,
She'd make good use of it post haste.

And so with her hunger put at bay
she took the feathers from her prey
and wove them gently through her mane.
and to this day there they remain.

Season:Winter, because it is full of wonder and beauty.
Pass Time/hobbies:Hunting, studying plant types and their uses, up-cycling.
Music: Dionne enjoy's classical music as well as celtic music. She likes music without words so she can focus on the intricate sounds the instruments make.
Book Genre: Old horror tales (Dracula, Frankenstein, Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde, ect.) She likes the classics because todays horror stories are all demented and overly bloody with no real backstory or detail.

"Why do you like hunting?"
Are you kidding me? you might as well ask “Why do we breathe?” Hunting is in my blood, I’m a predator. I love the thrill and intensity of it all. It is a test of strength, cunning, instinct. But i’m not a senseless killer. I only hunt for food when I need it.

"When did you obtain your feathers."
I actually got them when I was young, on my first hunt. I'll never forget that day. I was so proud of my catch. Now, however I am a much more efficient hunter and I can catch much larger things than birds.

"Who do you see yourself as?"
Well... woah that's a pretty deep question. I suppose I'm a pretty nice person, I try to be caring and sympathetic towards others but that's not really my thing. I've always had a problem with expressing softer feelings, witch makes me feel awkward when a friend needs comforting, I really do care I just don't know how to act. I've always been a "Loud and Proud" type of person, a bit headstrong and stubborn but I'd say I'm alright. I'm not afraid to throw myself into things and accept the consequences, life is about having a little adventure, a little excitement! Not staying sheltered away from the world. I'd rather get a little battered and bruised and have a good adventure than be safe and comfortable and do nothing with my life.
