What is a Keardor?
A Keardor, also known as a Kear, is an aerial species of large feline with extremely powerful hind legs and large, plumy tails. They are very fast, and can match a cheetah's speeds when sprinting. They have dorsal manes, starting at their heads and ending midway down their backs. Though the front of it falls forwards, the back sticks almost straight up. The front is never long enough to hang past the chin, as it gets in the way when moving about. Keardors are feathered, as if a few thousand more years will take them to the skies, but since they have no way of actually flying, they only serve to attract potential mates. Keardors have adapted the ritual of wearing feathers. A young Kear must prove his or her worth by leaping into the air to capture a bird in flight to attain them. Kears may have anywhere from two to five feathers to prove it accomplished this task.

-Respect me, don't steal the species, yadda yadda
-You may own 8 Keardors, and have 2 nursery "hold" slots (when I get that up and running, anyways)
-Hold slots are where you may temporarily keep your Kear cubs until you have fully decided what to do with them! Cubs in these hold spots do not count as "yours" until you officially state that you're keeping them
-You may gift these with my permission. Trades are allowed, but again, only with permission
-Keardors can take other species as mates, but may not have children with them! The only exception to this is Koras. However, though the cubs (called Kearas) will be their own species and able to breed, they cannot breed to other Kearas because of a genetics flaw, and breeding them back to Koras or Keardors will most likely create more cubs of the original species, not Kearas
-I am not doing Keardor customs
-Love and take care of your Keardors!
-Do not ask to be staff
-I will add rules as needed!
-Artist/GA Rules-
-Guest artists are here for a month. You may make as many designs as you want, but do not rush designs or make too many at once. Pace yourself!
-Guest artists must get their designs approved by me before posting
-Again, don't rush designs! If you're making a Kear and you have to leave for something, don't rush it just to get it posted before you go. It can wait <3
-Guest artists: If you are going to be gone for several days, let me know so I can freeze your time as a GA so you still have a chance to design! <3 I will not accept anyone coming to me afterwards asking for extra time, unless your absence was unexpected
-Make sure to do the mane edits correctly if you decide to edit; it cannot go past its chin or over its eyes! These are a species built for survival, not vanity, and only in extremely special cases decided by me will the manes break these rules
-Only edit if you can properly edit; do not feel pressured to make edits, only do them if you are confident in your drawing skills. Smoothing is your best friend here
-Keardors only wear feathers around their necks and front legs. If you add extras, they must stay around these areas
-No glowing feathers unless you get approval from me
-Try to make edits a special thing, not an all the time thing
-Take off some of the feathers when making adopts! Don't leave all of them on there! If you don't know how, tell me c: it's pretty simple though, I think it shouldn't be an issue
-No sale ones unless you are a full artist <3
