Tawny Falcon joined the clan 2 moons after the birth of Mellow Leaves’ kits, Sleeping Briar and Tiny Talon. Their biological father was a loner whose relationship with Mellow Leaves was quick; Tawny Falcon had no involvement. But as soon as Sleeping Briar and Tiny Talon saw him, they were hooked. This worsened when Mellow Leaves took in Silver Antler, and Tiny Talon proudly introduced Tawny Falcon as their father while giving his new brother a tour (much to the dismay of both adult parties).

Eventually, Tawny Falcon began to spend time with the kits, and soon enough, he was spending time with Mellow Leaves. The two had a lot in common, and their skill sets were complimentary. When the kits were apprenticed, with Tiny Talon being assigned to Tawny Falcon, he finally decided to make a move on Mellow Leaves.

15 moons of happiness later - Tawny Falcon and Mellow Leaves are inseparable.

luck hasn't always been on frostbite's side.

being the child of a secret loner-clan cat relationship, he had a rocky start. his father, refusing to let his loner mate join his clan - for fear of the repercussions had his secret affair been found out, sought to rid his secret family, bringing an end to their lives.
however, by all odds, frost survived - barely. he was found by a patrol, whom were apart of hollowclan. distraught over seeing such a young cat in a state, they took frost in, providing him with as much care as they could to help aid him to help.
beating fears he wasn't going to make it, the young kid miraculously pulled through.
however, this came with its own set of superstition.
had you asked any cat that lived among the tundra. extending outside of hollowclan's reach, they'd tell you the story of omen seeker, an all white cat who acted as a premonition of death, something cats often saw before meeting their fates. despite their care, the clan viewed frost with caution, torn between their nurturing instincts and the superstitions surrounding him, believing the young cat himself is a omen of death.
spiderstar, someone who believed they should not shoot the messenger, had that truly been his purpose, took it upon herself to take the young cat up as her apprentice, training him and protecting him from the worried gaze of the cats within her clan. hollowclan had already experienced great loss, having barely pulled itself out of a war, so yet another omen of death caused panic throughout the clan, with some cats believing, as much as they cared about the outsider, it be best he go his own way - yet spiderstar, confident in his abilities, refused to chase him off.
frost - who later earned his warrior name, frostbite, in honour of the bite wound he sustained to his throat, is working through the shadow of a prophecy that follows him, unaware himself if he truly represents an omen of death, vowing himself to guard the clan with his life, believing that any problem that comes their way is surely a fault of his own. with spiderstar guiding him, he is in the best paws, with the leader seeing great potential within him.

that is, of course, until his father discovers he's alive.
