She saw an open area away from other cats, and quietly made her way over, before settling down. As she waited, her mind drifted off to the tribe, wondering what they were up to. She missed them, sure, but this was also exciting. She shifted her focus back to the lake, and waited patiently.

Tail fishing had not gone as planned. Yes, her tail is shorter than average, so holding the entire thing in the water was necessary. Yes, it was very good bait, her long fur fanning out in the water. But fish bite so hard. And when she got a bite the first time, flicking it off of her tail proved to be a challenge. The fish was so heavy too for her delicate balance and she had toppled back, splashing into the water.

She did drag the fish out. Kinda. Would this one end up working ok?

Fennel seemed to appear from nowhere, their tabby pelt blending in with the trees. "Let's go for a few more, it seems our chef under estimated how many campers we had staying for the time being." They chuckled and peer backwards, Hana watching from the ridge just barely visible.

After a quite a few trips up and down the hill that lead to the lake, Cliff and Birchmist finally returned. Cliff seemed rejuvenated from the exercise, his tail held high and eyes sparkling -- Birchmist on the other paw seemed to be quite tired. Never the less, Birchmist straightened up as soon as campers came back into his field of vision and marched on. "Fennel, we have the results for what everyone did and won!" Fennel carefully triple checked all the results before reporting each camper's results.
