Feathernose had never expected to find happiness after what had happened with her previous clan... much less love and acceptance. Yet, here she was with a clan that made her truly happy. She had found allies here... friends... family even. So when she realized she was pregnant, it was met with joy.

"Emberstar... you are going to be a father," she told him, one night as shhe curled in close to him. He paused, eyes wide a moment. A father... he never even imagined! Yet, the moment was here, the moment was now. It made his world spin a moment, and for the first time his life as a kittypet really did seem so far away... and unimportant. This was his life... this was his family. These kits... he would be the best father ever and show them everything he knew! Every possible question he would find the answer for! Anything they wished to eat he would hunt!

"Wow..." he whispered back. "I am going to be a father...you will be a mom! And our family will keep growing..." Pride? Such a small word for what he felt in that moment. Please, let them be born strong and true. He had found a new reason to forge ahead and make his clan the ebst home, the best family it could be.

In Cattiopeia, cats without a clan are lone wonderers, either by choice or by chance. For Wallace, it was by chance that he was born to two wonderers in a litter of 10. Without a stable food source and reliable shelter, there was no way his parents could look after 10 kittens on their own. Sadly they only took 2 and abandoned the rest- including Wallace. He grew up roughing out the wilderness until he eventually found the bamboo forests of Tokeoc. It was a miracle he even made it passed kithood, with all the near-death experiences he encountered along the way.
The placid nature of the Tokeoc clan meant they were welcoming towards Wallace. At this stage he was only 2 years when they found his tiny body shivering underneath the snow. His face was gaunt, his fur was heavily mottled and almost all life was sucked from his eyes- until he met Sharpay. She was Tokeocs healer at the time, and a brilliant one at that. She got his fur shining, his teeth polished and brought a vibrant sparkle back to his eyes. The two got along incredibly well, so well that one day Wallace asked Sharpay to be his mate.
With happiness Sharpay pounced on her now-partner, and the two have been inseparable since. The kits will come into the lore about a year after they got together, as a result of their dedicated love to each other. However, Sharpay would fall sick after the birth of their kittens and would sadly pass on. Wallace grows up protecting the kits with his life (which is where most of his scars come from), and the kittens grow up having a great relationship with their father. He becomes Tokeocs emperor due to his loyalty, diligence and dedication to the clan, and Wallace and his children only become a stronger family.

Crowcrawl is the clan’s current fallback, or deputy, second only to Carrionstar. And Crowcrawl knows that Carrionstar has only a few lives left - he’s used several defending the clan and lost one to an illness that swept the camp several moons ago. But Crowcrawl is tired of waiting. He’s ambitious, he’s power hungry, and he knows what he wants: he wants to be Carrionstar. And what better way to build a following within the clan to support you after you take over than to woo two lovely ladies and have kits with both of them? Crowcrawl chose Warblerwing because she’s soft and pretty, with a gentle personality that he’s hoping his kits receive some of. This kit, Swankit, will be slightly older than Crowcrawl’s other mate's kit(s), and they’ll take on an older sibling role to their half sibling(s). And they will grieve alongside their mothers when Crowcrawl murders Carrionstar - in the process, killing himself. The clan is left leaderless and divided, and Swankit is left wavering. for duskcrown, leadership came easy. it was something that he was more than
used too, it was a natural ability. for vespershine, caring for others was easier
said than done, her compassion enough to disregard her mates actions.

with the departure of her son, vespershine was distraught. how could she be
so careless to not see her sons pain? could she have done more to stop it?
or was it duskcrown’s fault? for nearly murdering the former leader before
his own sons eyes, for being more focused on power and succeeding than
his own kits? the two were on a bitter place, their only kit now begging for
the two to try and make up, turn a new leaf. they could be happy, they could
all feel satisfied, but was it meant to be?

Echostar's litter of kits is important to my lore how? Well, for the first bit, it teaches Echostar to take things more slowly! It also shows her the truth about Cometflame and how she is a spy for one of the kingdoms and is out to get the leader. Echostar is blow away by this idea, as though a monster had just hit her! Her own deputy was out for her kits!
Bit this litter is also important because it opens up the chance for me to finally play out Echostar's death! And the plotline after that happens, and how she picks one of her kits to be the leader instead of Cometflame!

the two honestly didn’t like each other very much at the time due to their own struggles, and to top it off, all the happenings in fogclan. cats were dividing themselves up, and now, each one was unsheathing claws to their group’s outsiders who were their own clanmates. as for haystalk, they kept their head low and only focused on their duties before retreating again. then, tawnystrike, he was caught at the mercy of his clanmates. the rumors of the disappearance of the former lead hunter were told to be true, killed by tawnystrike for refusing to give into the young cat’s greed. cats were turning on each other and haystalk tried to stay with tawnystrike.

this was honestly stressful for the both of them. their relationship suffered of course and then grew worse for each of them. tawnystrike confessed to only having used haystalk to put up an act about being a loyal hunter, and that of course shattered haystalk. with their relationship in ruins, tawnystrike was getting into fights to defend his “honor” and haystalk silently gave up on the relationship from there.

so, it was no surprise that the kit(s) were hidden. haystalk hid them with some barn cats and kept them hidden from his ex-mate who knew of their existence yet couldn’t find them at all. then, to their knowledge, the kit(s) do not know of anyone clan cats and neither one of their fathers. and, later on when they later exposed to fogclan and the hollowed guild, they will be thrown into the war. each will have their own path of either joining their other father, joining haystalk to help reclaim the clan, or joining the outsiders lead by oynxstar. the kit(s) will mainly do differing routes that each highlight the corrupt nature of each group and attempt to act together with other cats in order to reform fogclan (and maybe hollowed guild depends on what groups are highlighted).
