Bud smiled happily. It was a lovely day! A swell and lovely day! She was busy fixing up her medcine cat den which was much more chaotic than it should be after the kits had run through all her stores she had carefully organized all up. "Those kits! I love them but they can be so frustrating some times! Won't their parents tell them its not ok to be running through dens like that and messing everything up!" Bud asked herself upset. Luckily Lilacpetal was helping her fix up this mess as quickly as she could so they could go find some more herbs and make this better again.

Lilacpetal smiled at her "Calm down dear, they didn't know any better! You already made them say sorry three times and made them help clean up for an hour, that is a pretty good punishment if I do say so myself" Lilacpetal told Bud softly, trying to calm her angered mate. "But they ruined all my hard work! An hour doesn't make up for all the time I spent on this!" Bud argued angerly at her mate. She just wanted this mess to clean itself up because they had promised to have a day together, that didn't seem to be happening because of these pesky kits! So frustrating! "I understand dear but please take a breath" Lilacpetal said trying to calm her down.

Bud nodded to her "I'll try but I'm still so mad at them! This was so hard and took so long! And they messed up the day I was supposed to have with you! We've been planing this for so long! And it was ruined!" Bud cried out upset, why did this just keep getting worse! Why did the kits have to run through her stores? Hadn't they been taught better than just to run around messing everything up for other cats? Apparently not!

She huffed angerly as she fixed all of her berries and herbs with Lilacpetals help. "They are so...AHH!" Bud shouted upset, she was at the point where she had no words left for how upset she was! "I just wanted to have a good day with you! Everytime we plan one it goes wrong! Why does everything have to go wrong!?" Bud asked pleadingly. She just wanted to know why everytime she planned to do something to take a short break it always went wrong!

"I don't know dear, but please take a breath, I'm sure the kits feel horrible about what they did. I'm sure they didn't know you would be this mad and it would cause this much trouble" Lilacpetal said in a comforting voice to her angered mate. "Fine! I guess your write about that one at least..." Bud said still upset "there! Almost done! Finally!" Bud said relieved about this finally "Thank you for the help Lilacpetal, I owe you one!" Bud told her smiling "Now I need to go drive some more sense into those kits heads!" Bud told Lilacpetal.

Eagletalon was used to getting what he wanted - he was a broad shouldered, thick furred, handsome young cat. And that usually meant that he was smooth around the ladies, as well, with his sly grin. He would flick his tail over their shoulder, give them a toothy grin, and give his chest fur a couple of licks, letting himself puff out. But for some reason, whenever he was around Sparrowsong, he froze. It was like he was stuck in a trance around the pretty brown and white molly, even though she was just a few moons older than he was. They were both scrappers - fighters, warriors, defenders. She was stocky and always ready to rough and tumble. Maybe that was what made him so nervous?

Either way, whenever they went out on patrol in the city together, it was like he was a different cat. It wasn't often that they partnered - usually Crowcrawl or Soulstealer would send out an older, more experienced cat with the younger scrappers, just to make sure no one got into any trouble. And with so many new cats constantly joining the clan, it was like they had a giant influx of new youngbloods to train and get up to speed. So this meant that, nowadays, the senior scrappers had their hands full with kittypets, bodega cats, loners and rogues turned clan cats. And so Eagletalon found himself sent out with Sparrowsong.

"Where should we check today?" she asked, flicking her tail from side to side. "Maybe a few blocks over, to check out those alley cats that have been hanging around?" Sparrowsong turned to him, eyes meeting his eyes. He blinked, gulping. Whenever she looked at him he got lost - it was like he was in a different world, lost in her eyes. He was a fool and he knew it.

"Sure, anywhere you'd like," he said, scuffing a paw. He looked away quickly, feeling his face flush. He didn't really want to start a confrontation today, but he knew that Sparrowsong was always in it for the adrenaline - always checking around every corner, looking down every alley for anything that could be labeled as trouble, or as a threat. She purred, turning quickly to pad off in the direction of where those 'trouble making alley cats', as she called them, were currently camping out. He looked up, pinned his ears back, and followed her. Usually he was the one to take the lead - but he felt lost. He was irritated with himself. "Catch up, slowpoke," she laughed, turning her head back to shine him a lopsided grin that nearly stopped his heart. There was no way he could keep doing this, keep chasing her.

He was used to having mollies chase after him, not the other way around - but he liked it. He was playing his own game - and he was trash at it, he thought, nearly snorting. How must all those other cats feel, chasing around after him nonstop when he only had eyes for Sparrowsong?

After Rushingflame's death, Antlersnap kind of went off the deep end. He grew withdrawn and solely tended to his garden. He mumbled odd sayings and drew distant from even his own son. This deeply saddened his now apprentice-aged child, who had only just lost his other father and felt as if he was losing the new one too. As a result, there grew a deep wedge between the two of them, and this cumulated in a fight that would send Antlersnap running off into the woods in anguish. Antlersnap unfortunately would not be seen again. It is unknown whether he perished in the woods, if he joined the cats of the abandoned town east of elmclan, or if he simply left the territory entirely. All that is known is that the son is alone, and one is the loneliest number a cat can be.

The son will eventually find someone who matches him though, in both spunk and childhood drama. They will be an inseparable pair, and will work together to solve the issues that their childhoods put them through. This pairing will go on to rid the clan of great evil, in a similar way perseverance and silence did of the ancients.
