Prompt: Applerain used to play with the elders, not annoy them, just play with them. It was the favorite part of his day while he was a kit. He would play moss ball with them,chase their tails. And most games. The elders loved him, anytime they asked him to leave he would. Now with his bond with the elders it shatters his heart to watch them pass on.

hershey doesn't remember much of his childhood, he really only remembers some specific snippets.
he remembers being in the frigid cold, his mother nowhere in sight.
he remembers twolegs, scooping him up and riding in a very bumpy wagon.
he remembers the swish of a twoleg door, and warmth.
his twoleg took very good care of him. they fed him milk, and gave him lots of love. he doesn't remember anything else from that time period, but by the time he was ready to eat cat food and hunt for himself, he was passed onto another twoleg, which took care of him for a bit.
unfortunately he got distracted and chased butterflies too far before getting lost in a forest.
he's a stray, someone takes him in and fosters him, before he finds his "forever home" but they live in a little cottage and let him out alot. so he basically got lost in the wood next to the house and couldn't find his way back.

Cavespeckle's favourite memory from his kithood had to be the day the queens decided they were strong enough to take to the surface and seen the sun and outside for the first time. While he, like many cats in Tunnelclan, loves the security and homeliness of the tunnels across their territory, a part of him adores being able to go up there and see new sights he's never seen before.

ForestPeak's favorite memory as a kit was helping her siblings when they get too rough when playing with each other. helping her siblings made her feel closer to them ^^ even if she was the youngest and couldn't play with them. ForestPeak's father told her that her siblings are going to need someone to look out for them since their mom is gone. it makes her feel closer to her mom as well her mother taught her everything she knows and hopes to learn more from her mom's old teacher :)

Idocrase is getting up there in years, but as a kit, their most cherished memory was traveling with their owl Twoleg named Manvir. Manvir and Idocrase traveled all across the United States in his old pickup truck, and Idocrase got to see everything from the beaches of California, to the Grand Canyon, many small towns between the two coasts, huge cities, all kinds of people. But Manvir got old and wasn't able to drive anymore. Idocrase was handed over to Manvir's daughter. However, he never got to get outside or explore the land again. So Idocrase wanted to relive those younger years of theirs. They began exploring the mountains and the forests and the plains and eventually found CaveClan and decided to join.

Atlas was the runt of the litter, his tiny paws would always struggle to keep up with his siblings. It never stopped him, however. He was always happily following behind. Until one day, he got sidetracked from stalking a butterfly. He ended up spending a day with the clan’s all-female warriors. The warriors are the clan’s pride and joy. They have defended the clan since the beginning and assisted in expanding the territory.

Atlas was mesmerised by the warriors. Each had scars of all kinds across their body and some a chipped ear. However, they shared one thing in common - the eyes of love and determination. He begged them to take him in as a warrior. The lead-warrior smiled and decided to give him a shot. With that, Atlas was off with the team for their daily patrol. The warriors split up patrolled the perimeter of the territory, Atlas followed the lead-warrior. It was obvious that his legs and size were a hindrance as he constantly got tired and was lagging behind but he never said a peep.

By midday, the warriors were taking a rest under the shade when Atlas suddenly came back with a bird.

“Lunch.” He said meekly.

The warriors were impressed with his skill that they almost couldn’t believe him. After the snack, they continued the patrol but hours of walking had taken a toll on poor Atlas. As the sun started to set, a small thump would be heard behind the warriors. Turning around, they could see him curled into a ball, snoring away.

The lead-warrior sighed and picked him up. For the rest of the patrol she carried him on her back. By the time he had woken up, they had just concluded their patrol and had just met up to report.

“Child, your place is not with us as warriors.” The lead warrior said.

Atlas’ heart sank.

“However, you have a talent that exceeds those of your age and even some of us. You belong with hunters. You may be small now but you are graced with a talent to hunt. Train yourself.” She said.

With that, she dropped a bear’s claw in front of him.

“A gift from us as warriors to you - the future lead hunter.”
