You'll be making your own monster card. Be creative and it doesn't have to be a monster you can make an item card if you want as well. But your only allowed to make one card. If your unable to provide me a digital version of your card. You can print the card template and do it physically on paper.

Then explain what's the cards purpose in the card and what it does.
Prettying up is allowed. only use the template card, don't draw your own.
