Prompt:How does Zacharie feel about spring? [Minimum of 200+ words]
Zach always hated the cold, always hated being cold. The harsh and unforgiving winter air would always pull him down into the grumpiest depths his mind could offer. Even if he bundled up in lots of warm clothing he would never feel warm, never feel comfortable.
So when he took his first step into the sun and felt warm, the relief he felt was unable to be put into words. His mind did a 180 from grumpy to ecstatic at the fact he could now enjoy the outdoors again.
There were millions of activities and plans running rapid fire in his mind.
He could go to the park.
He could plant his small backyard garden.
He could hang out with his friends without bringing their moods down with his.
Rushing back inside he started making plans with his friends among lots of solo plans for himself. Mixing his schedule with work and play. Soon his calendar was full, and he jumped around with joy, feeling a sense of comfort he hadn't felt in months. Rushing outside he basked yet again in the fresh spring air and sighed in contentment. He could feel the sun's rays lying soft on his back, warming him up with their soft touches.
It was then and only then he heard a faint buzzing sound.
Panic set in as quickly as his previous mood change, forcing him to look for the source of the dreaded buzzing. A small but notable wasp's nest hang in the corner of his porch.
Oh no, the one downside to spring...
