Steal peoples food! Why bother rummaging around bins when theres loads of fresh food just waiting to be snatched out of others hands... Scuttles doesn't see any wrong in his stealing habbits, he actually thinks people are offering him the food. He can be a bit of a prankster too, sometimes coming up with elaborate plans to steal his food. It's become a bit of a game for him and he thinks everyone is playing this game, therefore justifying taking others food, even if they seem angry afterwards.
