Whether this Leopard Gecko is hungry or not, he loves getting some much needed attention from his owner. Although his tank is beautiful and has plenty to do and many places that he is able to hide in or behind, he still craves the attention from his owner. While Leopard Gecko’s normally make chirping noises to symbolize them being upset or to communicate with other Gecko’s, Spyro uses those chirping noises to his advantage to help get the attention of his owner. Not only does Spyro use the chirping to his advantage, but he also uses his tank to his advantage. After a long night’s rest, Spyro often places his front feet on the tank as an attempt to ‘crawl up the tank’ (which fails since they can’t climb glass). However, since he often does it in the morning when his owner first wakes up, it often grabs the attention of his owner since the tank is placed on a dresser that is visible from the bed. Even with the night lamp on, a person is still able to see Spyro attempting to ‘climb’ the tank and well, fail miserably. Though it is cute and very amusing, so it normally works and Spyro gets his free time for a few minutes until he needs to be placed back in his tank to warm up yet again. Spyro mainly uses these two ways to get the attention of his owner, both seem to work pretty well, but attempting to climb up his tank seems to work the most since he looks funny and desperate to get out of his tank.

Personality:

Spyro is a very complicated gecko when you first get to know him. It turns out that strangers shouldn’t try and handle him. Being such a small and delicate creature, he often gets spooked by the littlest things and shouldn’t be handled by people who don’t know much about him. Apply too much pressure to the gecko and he instantly becomes freaked out and panicked. However, after careful care and some getting used to, you not only have a new friend, but a companion who enjoys to cuddle up in your shirt and maybe even rest on your shoulder like you’d expect from a parrot from the typical pirate movie. Not only does Spyro enjoy resting peacefully in the lap of his owners, but he also enjoys to listen to music as well. There is a particular song that is often played by his owner that involves some pretty cool music. Whenever it is played, his owner often calls Spyro her “little dinosaur” which makes Spyro feel big and strong. Spyro can only assume that this song represents him in some way, so has taken it in as his themesong. This song helps boost Spyro’s confidence. Overall, Spyro can be skittish, but only he doesn’t know you and if one doesn’t know how to properly handle him. Being a small animal like him comes with the negatives such as that. However, when he knows you, he just wants to relax in a lap and close his eyes. That’s what he lives for outside of the tank (besides adventuring on the couch or bed).

Neka...is indeed your typical gecko anyone could have, but there was one thing that made him so special and unique...you see, he absolutely adores dancing! (27 words)

Whether there is music or plain silence, Neka would resort to anything to capture his owner's (or anyone's) attention, whenever he feels lonely or he feels that his owner wasn't showing him enough attention, even though they would always come by every few hours or so, he would hoist himself up against the glass tank and start wiggling! This no doubt would often earn him his owner's confused stare and occasionally being carried out of the tank and getting petted (especially that one spot on his head), which Neka really enjoys, he loves being in the spotlight!

Since he had started doing this, whenever there were guests in the house, all of their attention would be on him and he would often be named the star of the day, it wasn't as if he knew what was going on, he just loves being in the limelight and no doubt - attention.

ohh bentos' owner is a huge reptile fanatic, he owns many many scaley friends but bentos' was his first ever. he was the one to get him into reptiles in the first place!

Personality:
if you were to stereotype a person on how they seem to act, bentos' would be a typical snap back skater kid. even though he is favorited with his owner he doesn't have a stuck up personality with his other caged friends. bentos actually has a really chill and laid back vibe, only semi negative quality he has is he loves to play pranks or joke around excessively.

Prompt:
bentos isn't one to stay cooped up in his cage, even with many things to do this small gecko carries enormous amounts of energy which is why he hates to be in his cage. along with many lost of energy buzzing threw him he loves spending time with his owner, for they are as close as they can be, so it isn't to hard to get out of his tank. but sometimes his owner is busy and doesn't have time to play around with him, in fact he has many other reptiles he needs to care for. yet that doesn't stop the gecko to make jokes and do tricks to convince him to let him out. he can be found playing around with his own reflection, even if he knows that its just the reflective surface and isn't another gecko but it sure makes his owner stop for a second to laugh or even let him out. besides that he has many tricks in his shedding skin, but his other favorite thing to do it to play dead. it may not be the best thing for him to act out but his owner was the one to teach him it, so it is really their fault. even though he should get used to it the owner still freaks out and panics anytime bentos' lays with his tongue out legs up and twitching.
