Hello SMW friends who are still curious. In the future, I will make a full announcement about this, but for now - if you'd like to be updated on the revamp of this species, please message me! SMW may come back, but likely on a different platform and in a different format. I can share these ideas with you if you're curious.
If you want to use your SMW in the mean time, you may do so under the current lore or remove them from the species. If they remain within the species, they may appear as background characters in the upcoming lore and art. If you don't want me to use them, please message me. If you want to remove them, please message me. If you want to rehome them, please message me! They will not be considered removed if I am not contacted for procedure, due to me being unable to organize that later :(

In the secluded mountains of India, there roams a species like no other-
two herds of dancers, elegant and lithe. The Sei Manake Wilds are a type of Equine all on their own, with cloven
hooves and body designed for high stepping. They hold their bodies, head to tail, with pride and beauty, and are
a sight to behold in any place untouched by man. Most often adorned with anything from precious stones and
gems to common pebbles and beads, each and every horse has their place, and with such a wide variety of colors,
it makes their dancing ever more stunning.
The Fung Sow Jok are a proud herd, with precious stones prevalent among the members, and a fierceness to their
nature. The Gahana Jund are even more graceful dancers, with a musical beat all of their own, formidable in
their elegance. Outcasts are those with no place- stripped or deprived of beads and left to wander as they please,
without the protection, or perhaps bother, of a herd.
No matter where or with whom a Sei Manake Wild calls home, they are all one and the same- equine excellence,
their ways their own.

Sei Manake Wilds are built a lot like the
Marwari. They have the same curly ears, and the
same proud stance. The difference between them,
however, is in the way their muscles are built.
Marwaris are built for war an precision stepping,
while SMW's are made for a motion that we like
to call dancing. It's a lot like dressage, but more
freeform and appears to work in a very tribal
display of colors. Say Manake Wilds are also slightly
stockier and lift their legs naturally higher when
unburdened. They also have cloven hooves to
navigate the rocky terrain where their beads come
from. They come in a wide range of heights. Their
tail stalks are longer than average, much like
Arabians, and so they appear to lift their tails as
they run.

High-ranking SMW's will face off often,
as very proud and very competitive as they
are. This also makes them nearly impossible
to train, as they always have a deep suspicion
for any horse that doesn't belong to their herd,
and will confront them or bear down on them
to the point of affecting the other horses'
health. They refuse to let their beads be
removed, and will attack to defend them if
necessary. his is not to say you cannot keep
one happy, but they are very difficult to care
for and often don't live as long in captivity.
When they fight, SMWs begin with a very
tribal-looking dance, purposely shaking their
beads and clacking them together to make as
much noise as possible. This looks a lot like a
dressage performance as they get louder and
louder, pumping up onlookers and telling them
to stay back.

Clay or pebble beads are engraved by the
solitary beadstallion/mare, who then presents
them individually to each who needs to be
bestowed. The complexity of design and mineral
content of the beads indicates the same thing
as the rarity and color of the jewels bestowed
in Gahana Jund. The first bead given is always a
plain bead of clay, and is given to the foal in the
same manner as the other herd as well, though the
acceptance ceremony is done by a special dance is
done by the leader and the beadmare/stallion is the
one who presents the bead. This herd is much
louder when a foal is born, and often will have a
celebration similar to a party. These SMWs focus on
beat in their dances more than the Fung Sotw Jok, and
this otfen makes their dances sound prettier.

This herd proudly sports beads made
of precious gems, increasing in rarity and
type for each achievement and milestone,
and the sequence and size of the gems
also tells an onlooker what they did to
achieve his honor. It's up to the bloodline to
determine this, though, so each group can
be vastly different or even pretty much the
same. A beadmare/stallion keeps and makes
all the beads, and in this herd will often have
assistants. These SMWs are almost as heavily
decorated as the leaders. When a foal is born,
it is presented with it's first jewel, Quartz.
It's usually either clear or cloudy clear, as
colors are reserved for families of higher rank
or the next beadmare/stallion. The leader of
the herd presents the jewel just after the foal
stands up, the foal is named, and the rest of the
herd taps their beads softly to indicate acceptance.

These are given no beads, though
they are decorated with many strings. Those
born outcasts will sometimes have two beads
one from each parent, but being sent to the
outcast herd is usually grounds for beads to
be taken. Very little is known about them,
more information may be discovered soon.
