Guess who was selected for a second month !

While making this babe, they began reminding me of snowflakes and ice-skating for some reason. Because of this, i'd like you to design a snowflake based on them. It can look like anything (could be neon pink with in intricate design or maybe a simple and sweet design) but it must be drawn by you or commissioned. No google images.
