The Rattery: Open for Transfers!

Welcome all! The rattery will be fully operational shortly. For now, please feel free to mark the adopts as we get to work!

The rattery has been created in honour and memory of a fallen CS troop, Sketchy! Sketchy LOVED rats, and created the very successful 'Chitter Squeek Rattery'. Unfortunately, as happens sometimes, in May of 2013 Sketchy suddenly never returned to CS. Though the adopts at CSR continued on for a brief time, with Sketchy no longer running the species, it eventually closed. Leaving a small community of rat enthusiats behind. Now here we are, near on 10 years later. In memory of a wonderful CS user, who will hopefully one day return, we open 'The Rattery'. We are hopeful that with some luck, perhaps some amazing artists, and a beautiful community, we will grow as CSR once did.

Rules

- TR abides by ALL CS rules and regulations. Please follow these!
- We encourage users who own an original 'CSR' rat to allow us to bring them to life here at TR as well
- TR is a rattery open to all those who own a rat character, and to collect new ratties.
- TR will open customs for user made/other rats that can be requested.
- More rules will be added as necessary.

Marion Crick Mustangs have recently become known as one of the largest herds of wild horses to roam the western United States, with the majority of the herd taking over nearly all of Colorado’s rocky plains. Researchers from across the country have been extensively studying the herd, making note of the massive variety of coat colors, patterns and markings present in the herd. These mustangs range anywhere from 13hh to 17hh. However, in order to keep the herd from overpopulating the land and it’s resources, a team of researchers following the herd made the decision to capture and rehome a number of horses across the US, allowing the herd to flourish in it's homeland. The herd researchers are keen to observe these mustangs as they settle into their new homes.

› CS rules must be followed at all times.
› Mustangs must be kept onsite - any storage offsite must link back to the Mustang's adoption page with credit to the artist
› V2 Mustangs may be sold for currency (unless the artist states otherwise), whether this is offsite or onsite currency (all USD conversations must be done offsite). V1 Mustangs must only be traded for other Mustangs or gifted to another user. You must have owned the Mustang for at least 14 days before selling or trading.
› You may own as many Mustangs as you'd like.

› V1 Mustangs are still valid and may take part in all aspects of V2.
› V1 Mustangs must not be sold for any form of currency.
› V1 Mustangs have reduced breeding slots (from 5 to 3) to match the new version.

A Peryton is a mythical creature that is said to have the head, neck, forelegs and antlers of a stag or deer, combined with the plumage, wings and hindquarters of a large bird

all Perytons must have these traits, your Peryton can have small antlers and an extravagantly long tail or have a small tail and big winding antlers.

Peryton Trait List WIP

nr: sclera edits, pupil edits, long antlers, open wings, multicolored hooves/talons (swirl, gradient, ombré, bottom one color the rest another) scars/fresh cuts, multicolored eyes (example: both blue and yellow in one eye, like a gradient/mix) gradient coat

common: Closed wings, long tail, ear edits, medium antlers, small flame/ice/water powers, dragon whiskers, fangs, companion, eyes all one color, rips/tears on body parts (a notch in the ear, this is NOT the same a scars), 2 different colored eyes, (left one color right one color)

uncommon: short tail wing edits (changing the shape of the wings) short antlers, multiple sets of antlers, claws instead of hoofs (front legs) plant growth, halos, glow, fins, antennae, nose edit (keeping normal shape), small amounts of goo, large elemental powers and powers that are not flame/ice/water, small accessory (smaller/shorter thank the fluff part of the tail) floppy ears

rare: tattered tail/wing (like Burt paper almost) blind (the black in the center of the peryton’s eye is diluted and like a darker/muted version of the iris color) 2 sets of normal size wings, 2-3 sets of small wings, 3+ sets of antlers, no antlers/1 antler, edited body shape, feet other than the default ones, crystal growth, large sabre-like fangs, extra eyes, cyclops, large accessory (longer/taller than the fluff part of the tail) robotic parts (does not include prosthetics) a set of wings next to the ears

legendary: 4+ sets of small wings, 3+ sets of large wings, transparent/goo body parts, multiple heads, additional limbs, multiple tails, exposed bone, a set of wings as the ears (could be bird like wings or insect wings, like a beetle or butterfly) glitch

Unheard of??? You can only get these traits in events or VERY special occasions , missing head, floating body parts, body parts made completely out of another substance (not goo, but stone, water etc.)

guidelines for artists:
There are no minimum adopt requirements. Just create Perytons as often ans you would like and please don’t feel pressured! Everyone has a life and everyone should understand that life can get in the way sometimes!😊 You are allowed to make free and paid adopts, paid adopts can be for any cs allowed currency, but please try to create about to free ones per paid adopt. You are allowed to make common through legendary (a lot less legendary adopts need to be made though, to keep their rarity) adopts as you please! If you have any questions please ask me via PM or post here and another staff member can help! When you post an adopt please number it the number after the most recent Peryton, for example, if I just posted #0008 then you would title your post Peryton #0009. And please ask for the peryton’s name and gender for every adopt you make! Also, there is now a place to practice your fawn making skills! Under nursery, there is one called nursery practice for artists to use!artists also get one common MYO for every 10 Perytons they make! Plus 40 C$ off everything in the shop!

- no guilt-tripping or begging for gifts, free stuff, etc.
- staff will not approve a custom lined Peryton that does not follow species standard proportions
- do not mini mod, if you have any issues with someone/something happening and you feel like something NEEDS to be done, please PM a staff member

Peryton trading rules
You are free to trade anything, items from the shop or actual Perytons, but ONLY trade with people who said that they wanted to trade on the trading board!

Selling rules
Perytons may be sold only, if at least one of the following conditions are met:
- the Peryton was officially sold on the main thread as a paid adopt.
- the owner of the Peryton specified that they were trying to SELL their Peryton

Peryton items can be sold, traded for pets/other items

This ARPG functions on an attunement system.

Attunement is individual to each of your characters. You can have a group of dragons- or prioritize one or two dragons. The more you use your dragon- the higher the attunement. Raise attunement with art, writing, ect. Higher attunement gives access to higher edit tiers, better breeding odds, and special event bonuses

Please list this somewhere on the page for all dragons of which you're keeping track of attunement to be easy to find for staff:

When claiming something relative to attunement, please make sure that all pieces (Writing or art) are visible to staff to double check. Hidden art/writing does not count towards attunement because it cannot be verified.

All work does NOT have to be created by you, and a piece including multiple dragons counts for all dragons that meet the minimum requirement.

200 words of writing or 1 art piece = 1.0% attunement rating

So 20k words or 100 art pieces to max out one individual. (This is supposed to be high, to encourage development and group activity, since including multiple dragons benefits multiple dragons)

Writing and art is totally your choice but a prompt list will become available for inspiration at a later date. Art just has to be a minimum of flat color, recognizable, and at least a bust shot. Writing must include the dragon SIGNIFICANTLY. This can vary on a case by case basis- but you can't just tack a dragon in the background of a story and count them for the full attunement amount. They have to be an active participant in the writing/or it should be relevant to the dragon.

You do not have to be entirely one or the other, you can mix it up at your discretion (so 10k words and 50 art, 20 art and 16k words, whatever)

Maxed attunement is listed on the individuals page as an award

This is not a currency and not managed by staff. You keep track of your own attunement, staff will just double check it when applying for something applicable.

Attunement 0-10% = no bonuses
11-20% = freedom for nonrarity edits
21-30% = freedom for Low tier alignment edits (based on your dragons element)
31-40% = +5% to all breeding odds (#, trait passing, ect)
41-50% = freedom for Mid tier alignment edits (based on your dragons element)
51-60% = chance for hybrid alignment offspring
61-70% = +5% to all breeding odds (#, trait passing, ect) (Stacks on other, so 10% total)
71-80% = freedom for High tier alignment edits (based on your dragons element)
81-90% = freedom for all low and mid tier alignment edits (for all elements)
91-99% = freedom for all high tier alignment edits (for all elements)
100% = full edit freedom for your dragon including restricted edits

Nursery edit changes will be applied when breeding.

Edits on your official reference are your responsibility- and must be approved by staff to be official. Edits must be official to count towards breeding/nursery. You can do the edits yourself or request/commission someone to do them. The artist may be willing to do them for you, if you ask.

Attunement transferring:
Artwork transferred STILL COUNTS for attunement. Writing only counts if its retained by the new owner and still visible for staff to check. (if the new owner deletes all the old information/it's no longer accessible...it's not possible for staff to verify. This writing can be marked as 'outdated' or retired/incorrect as long as it's still accessible in some form just for verification of work purposes) Once a dragon reaches 100% attunement and receives its attunement emblem, it will stay attuned regardless of what is visible on the page.

Traits and element guide

Each element gives the dragons unique abilities, traits, and features. Below is a brief guide on each element, a more in depth version will be available at a later time.

Note: You can give your dragon any traits/etc. you want in your own art. This guide is as it applies to breeding and for official artwork within the Dragons of Aerene arpg and attunement features.

You can give your dragons alternate forms (Such as anthro, human, or shapeshifted forms in any manner you choose, this just will not be on the official reference).

If an edit isn't here or you want clarification- please feel free to ask!

Neutral Dragons lack in specialized edits- but benefit in their neutrality! You can mix a neutral dragon with any other dragon, and it's children may have the ability to take edits of a different element.

A founder refers to your first dragon that can be obtained for free for the arpg on official lines. You can choose what element founder you prefer, and start your journey making your dragon/group. You do not need a founder to participate, you can easily adopt a dragon as well to start. Even if you adopt a first dragon, every person may still obtain 1 founder for free.

Accounts must be at least 2 months old to obtain a founder and create a page for them within 1 month of their creation. You may not obtain a second founder, even if you trade yours away.

You can request accessories/scars/nonrarity edits, but cannot request trait edits on your founders. Any traits added are up to artist discretion

Founders are semi-customs to get you started in the ARPG. You may change your founder with edits as you use them, but may not request a new founder or ask the artist to redo major portions of the design since they are a free semi-custom. If you do not like your founder, you are always welcome to trade them or obtain a new dragon through adoption

Cedar Grove Nigerians are a Nigerian dwarf goat species. CGN’s come in all natural goat colors and markings. Doe’s are 17”-19” tall and bucks are 19”-20” tall. Most doe's and bucks are polled, but some may have horns. Cedar Grove Nigerians come from prized champion milking lines, they were first bred in South Africa but then many were imported to the US where people started breeding them and other places started to follow. CGN usually have a very docile and sweet nature, but there are some that have a not so docile nature. Their personality will be on their page and will be generated randomly with a few words

Cedar Grove Nigerians also have a border collie companion. Every goat is accompanied by a border collie companion, even the kids(if rolled for twins or triplets each kid will get their own!). You cannot choose the color of the collie unless you are ordering an import. The collie protects them from harm and keeps a watchful eye on them.

- Do not edit forms for FCFS Adopts
- Do not beg for slots from others
- Do not change CGN's in any way
- If taken offsite, please credit the artist and species via links
- All owned CGN’s will have a transparent background and a halter but a background may be requested and it'll go under the adopt

the tibetan spitz club associations, short-termed TSCA is the source of all guidelines to this breed. these are in play
ce to avoid those mixing with other breeds from passing their dogs off as a tibetan spitz. this breed was founded in
1990 and is fairly new to the show and sporting world having just been recognized in 2007. the breed was created
through crossing tibetan mastiffs with akitas and standard american eskimo dogs. these crossings were used to per
fect a smaller yet stronger working dog that would excel in most hunting and guarding of livestock.

the combined traits that were sought from these three breeds created a social and eager to please breed that also
tended to be wary of strangers and protective. their temperament created a versatile dog that most hunters enjoy
ed using when it came to tracking down prey. these dogs were bred for any climate due to their thick double
coats and shorter fur.

General
• follow all site guidelines and rules on all things related to TSCA. to include discord.
• do not mini mod or ask to become a staff member. let them do their jobs and applications will open as needed.
• COPPA user friendly. If you have any questions, please use the main adopt page.
• TSCA is a closed species, you cannot make your own.
• please remain respectful in the community.
• do not bump any threads to include adoption pages. If judging has not been done after a week, let me know.

Species
• you may own up to 15 at this time. (subject to change). you can only win one every 24hrs excluding paid adopts. Paid adopts, you are allowed to buy two in 24hrs.
• you will not be added to a design etc.
• all designs up for adoption will have a background. a mixture of free and paid.
• sexes can't be changed once set.
• do not ask when breeding slots/semi customs will open, they will open when there is time for them.
• suggestions to improve and other things are welcomed to be discussed and brought to light on discord
or the homepage and or fanclub.
• kennel threads are optional but needed and kept up to date for the title program and breeding. these threads
can be outside of CS but must link back. ( unless COPPA )
• should you be banned from the species, your spitz will be marked deceased. ( 3 warnings before a strike. 3 strikes. )

• you may keep them or transfer their designs out with permission from the original artist.
Trading
• you may trade them. just be sure to verify in the archive ( kennel registration page) and on their adoption page, same for renaming etc.
• trading must remain with users on CS.
• once traded, a dog cannot be traded again for another week.
• trading dogs can be through slots, other dogs, or any currency.
• any titles the dog has earned stays with that dog, it will not reset.
• reserved breeding slots are voided on new ownership.

Customs
• will be available whenever an artist is wanting to do them.
• can be free or bought. free are usually uncommon and below genes.
• have restrictions on possible genes ranked by rarity. you may only ask for phenotype.
• you are allowed one custom per month.

Whelping
• will officially start after 50 tibetan spitz are made. will only be male x female.
• dogs must be health tested prior to breeding.
• tibetan spitz have 4 breeding slots without consequence.
• they are allowed to be bred 2 more times with a possibility of rng fatalities or birth defects. take your risks.
• 4 pup possibility. 1-2 max for your own dogs, 2-4 max for two users. sex is randomized at whelp.
• females and puppies have a 2 week cool down. growths from 10-14 days.
• puppies can be traded after 7 days.
• a dog cannot be bred to a relative within four generations.
• a champion dog is guaranteed four pups in a litter when bred regardless of if two users or not.
• each user is allowed 2 breedings per month, can be with your own dogs or with another, it counts to both users.

Staff
• 2 adopt per month minimum for artists ( inactivity past 3 months will result in removal)
• respectful and without bias when handling situations or interacting with everyone.
• are allowed one custom after at least 4-5 adopts made at a time.
• after 2 litters made, can do a breeding of their own.
• keep in touch with the staff team as best as possible.
• artists are allowed to set their own prices. breed-specific genes are allowed once a month per artist

• ghost artists try to check in every now and then, this position has little requirements.
• guest artists have a month to make 15 designs, free or paid.

• if there are any issues with staff, please address them with me. if there are any CS related issues,
please report to CS Staff if needed.

----------What Are Tarren?---------------
Tarren are one of the many Species living on the Planet Domanian. Very little is known about the actual planet but studies on Tarren have been possible.
Tarren are omnivorous creatures, mostly consuming fish and land prey. They reside in 9+ different territories and though they keep to their groups, called Gangs, they can share amongst other territories when times get tough. No creature owns the territory to the Dark Forests because of how dangerous it is, but Bloodbore Tarren from all gangs protect it.
Though a Tarren's diet consist of mostly seafood, they cannot swim well. Tarren have a thick undercoat that helps them regulate temperature as well as very heavy bones and dense muscles. They are capable of swimming short distances but the undercoat will become saturated after a short time and eventually swimming will become too exhausting from trying to keep all the weight above water.
Tarren do not fear the water and are often found cooling in the shallows and catching fish. Their saliva contains a water proofing oil that protects them from small amounts of water, such as rain. They often groom themselves, and others they share a close bond with.
Brutes and Vixens can breed 8 times during their life. Vixens can have up to 24 babies, having no more than 3 Skimps per birthing. Tarren usually mate for life, though it doesn't always happen. Parents take care of their young until they grow to young adults. Once they are of age they are kicked from their gang to find out how to live and eventually to join a new gang. They are able to rejoin their old gang, but its rare, some never find anything and stay as Seekers forever.
Tarren live in a hierarchy with various Ranks. Each territory follows these Ranks. Starting with the Alpha and ending with the Barren. Tarren are very smart and have their own rituals. They are often guided by wise Elders of their past and believe they can lead them to the after life. Tarren often have Shamans that can commune with other species of Domanian, Spirit Guides, and even the Native Humanoids.
Though Tarren do not have contact with Humans they have had friendly interactions with the Natives of Domanian. When old Tarren die they are often given gifts, fabrics, food, plants, etc... by the Natives to pass on to the spirit world. In some cases, Tarren have allowed the natives to ride them into battle and help perform spiritual rituals. Tarren are often worshiped by the natives for luck but keep their distance.

----------Adoption---------------
There are multiple different types of adopts that will be listed. Free, Auction, and Paid. All adopts will be posted here on ChickenSmoothie but anything involving real currency will be on the Discord Channel. All adopts will be advertised on Discord so those who do not have a ChickenSmoothie account may apply as well. Their forms will be posted by the artist on the adopts main page.
Each Tarren ready to be adopted will have a certain background. This background will determine which Gang/Territory the Tarren lives in. There are 9 different Territories, but sometimes Tarren do not have a gang to reside in. Either from being out-casted or because they are young and searching for a gang to join. Once adopted a background version will be provided below the adopt for the Owner, but the Transparent version will remain on the main page.
The color of their Blood determines their rarity. The colors can often be a gradient within their rarity.

Common - White
Uncommon - Yellow or Green
Scarce - Red or Orange
Rare - Blue or Purple
Ancient - Grey or Black

Tarren are a closed Species. If you find any off-brand, or fake Tarren please let the admin or mods know. These are not tolerated. free Tarren will be available often and give these creators no excuse to create fake Tarren. Multiple offences can lead to a Ban.

- Surrendered Tarren are allowed to change their Name only.

- Breeding is only available on Discord, under the "Breeding" panel.
- Tarren can breed 1 month after creation.
- Tarren must not be related to breed.
- You can apply for breeding's 2 times a month.
- Follow the steps "How to Breed you Tarren" on Discord or the Website.
- Owners of Breeding's may place any of the skimps up for adoption if they do not wish to claim them.
- How many skimps your Tarren will produce will be randomly rolled.
- Payments must be made to artists before skimps are made.
- Skimps will not be re-made after creation.
- If you do not own one or both Tarren, then ask the owner/owners for permission to breed them together.
- Permission Quotes, with photo proof, are required for Breeding Applications.
- Faked Permission Quotes will lead to a Suspension or Ban, with full supervision of the staff... Dont Do It.
- Items do not pass down.
- Mutations and physical disabilities have a 10% chance of passing to each skimp.

^^ Made a horse species, because I can, and because Ive been thinking about the idea for a long time :}

About
Desert Appaloosa Mustangs are a shy species, you'd be lucky to find such a horse out in the desert. Many say they are only fragments of the imagination due to mirages being common upon the hot desert plains. The horses are said to reside in oasis' which are succulent in fresh water and food and are most times forested. Due to their uniquely cloven hooves they do not sink into the sand they gallop upon. Though they do leave prints that can only be seen right after they trek. The print quickly vanishes due to the ever rolling seas of sand. These horses are always visualized with appaloosa markings. They most commonly sport short tails, slightly feathered legs, and manes that grow in the opposite direction of normal horses with the forelock being the longest strand of hair. Those with long hair are very rare and are considered to be of good fortune because rain quickly follows after their sighting.

There are many different ways of getting a foal ^^ There is your regular traditional breeding, and there is a more involved scientific way >:3

-Traditonal breeding must be between a mare and a stallion.

-Stem Cell breeding can be between any two horses whether that be mare x mare or stallion x stallion ^^

Panthera is an ARPG dedicated to Arkylian Riding Panthers, also known as ARGs, Panthers, or simply Riding Cats. Arkylian Riding Panthers are a domesticated species of big cats that, as their name suggests, are large enough and strong enough to be ridden. These cats have been domesticated on Arkylia for centuries, and now come in three main breed types:

Saddlebred Panthers resemble cheetahs in build, and are well-known for their speed and endurance.

Warmblood Panthers, hailing often from colder climates, have a body built like that of a Snow Leopard. Their agility and ability to climb are unmatched.

Draft Panthers are the heavyweight breeds, with a stocky build most resembling that of a tiger. They are easily able to carry heavy loads, and are fierce hunters.

Arkylian Riding Panthers come in five Rarity Tiers, which correspond to what Magic Element they may have, as well as what Unnatural Mutations they may display. A Panther's Element will determine which Exploration Biomes they will be most suited to. Unnatural Mutations are mutations which were induced magically, either through exposure to intense magic during development, or through the consumption of a Potion.

Standard:
No Element.
No Unnatural Mutations.

Common:
Water, Earth, Air, or Fire Element.
Possible Mutations: Mammalian Tails, Mammalian Ears, Mammalian Paws, Iridescence, Feather Accents

Uncommon:

████████████████████████ Obtaining Panthers ████████████████████████

Arkylian Riding Panthers can be obtained in one of several ways: Founders, Adopts, Customs, MYOs and Genos.

━━━━━━━━━━ Adopts ━━━━━━━━━━
Adopts are made by Panthera's Artists, and adopted out via various competitions. Adopts will always be Purebred of one of the three breeds, and may come in any rarity- though higher rarity adopts will be less common. Some examples of possible adopt competitions include:

First Come, First Served (FCFS) - A competition wherein the first user to post a fully complete, correctly filled out form wins! Generally you will be disqualified from FCFS competitions if you edit your post- even if you did manage to post before anyone else!

Raffle - A competition wherein users may post a form, usually with a set end date or end page, and once the end condition is met, every user who entered the competition has a chance to win!

Prompt - A competition wherein the Artist details a prompt that users must fulfill in order to try to win the Adopt. Prompt competitions will have a set end date or end page. After the end condition is met, the entries are assessed and the winner is decided by the artist.

There can be other competition types as well, these are just the main three you will likely see here in Panthera! One last thing to know is that for each page of replies an adopt has, the artist will grant one Honorable Mention! These Honorable Mentions can be traded in for custom slots- you can read more about that system on the Alchemy Thread!

Panthera's Artists will periodically open Founder Slots, which are openings in which players can post Founder Forms.

Each player may claim one pair of Founders. These Founders will be a breedable pair- one Male and one Female. Founders are mostly Randomized, however players may pick out their Founders Breeds, Base Colors, and Elements- though Founders are limited to only the Common elements (None, Water, Earth, Air, or Fire).

Players may only ever claim one pair of Founders. Even if you trade or give your Founders away, you cannot claim another pair!

Players may claim their Founders at any point. Winning an Adopt does not disqualify you from getting your Founders!

If an Artist has Opened Founder Slots, you can fill out and post the form below to claim a pair of Founders.

Customs come in the same five rarities as detailed in the Panther Rarities section above. The cost of the different Custom Slots are as follows:

No adopts catch your fancy, having trouble catching an Artist's open Custom Slots, or maybe you just want to design your Panther yourself? If so, you can use any Custom Slot you own as a MYO slot instead!

Players may post a MYO form at any point, as long as they have a Custom Slot of the corresponding rarity that they wish to use. After you post your MYO form, you will be added to the Color-In list here on the Main Thread, so you can create your MYO.

Once your MYO is posted and confirmed, your custom slot will be removed from your inventory, and, provided you do not have any more pending MYOs, you will be removed from the main thread.

If you would like to make your MYO Off-Oekaki, that option is available! We have an Off-Oekaki PSD of the Panthera Lines available here. If you are on a mobile device and/or using a program with a low memory limit (such as medibang), we have a no-folders version of the PSD here. If your program will not load the full PSD with all three breeds, we also have split versions of the no-folders PSD for each breed: Saddlebred, Warmblood, and Draft.

What is a Geno?
It is like the instructions for the character's design. A Geno, short for Genotype (the least amount of information needed), is the collective information used to design a Panther- namely, its breed, its genotype, and its corresponding phenotype. Think of them like a voucher for a full character. They aren't playable yet, because they haven't been designed and given a thread yet, but can be designed when an artist opens design slots!

How Do I Get Genos?
You can get Genos from the shop, from the (currently WIP) breeding system, and very rarely from Exploration!

Are these a Closed Species?
While only official Arkylian Riding Panthers can be used in our ARPG, Arkylian Riding Panthers themselves are just Cheetahs, Snow Leopards, and Tigers with a wide array of possible colors. Panthera obviously does not claim to own real life big cats. However, we would prefer if users did not copy our lore or genetics system to use in other communities.

Do I have to participate in the ARPG?
No, of course not! If you get a nice design that you just want to use as an OC, or even just want to collect big cat designs without ever interacting with the ARPG, you are completely free to do so. Panthera will never take away or readopt "inactive" characters unless requested directly by the owner of said character.

How do you tell if Founder/Custom/Design Slots are Open?
When a staff member is ready to accept Founder, Custom, or Geno Design Forms, they will announce it here on the main thread. The title of the thread may also change. Most of the time, the staff member will specify a certain number of Forms they are accepting, and of what type (i.e. "Opening 5 Founder Slots!" would mean that the first 5 fully and correctly filled out Founder Forms would be accepted). Once the staff member has accepted the desired number of forms, they will post again stating that their slots are closed.

About

Sanskiras are a species of hybrid, domestic animals that were created through selective, genetic breeding. They are a hybrid between wolves, foxes, horses and goats. Most Sanskiras are tame in captivity, but on rare occasions, herds of wild Sanskiras have been spotted running free. Sanskiras are bred for showing purposes, so most Sanskiras in captivity are well trained and groomed to perfection. They can be ridden, but it takes a lot of time and patience to train them. General Appearance

A Sanskira is a hybrid of many species. They are most identifiable by their horse like body and wolf like head. They mane that starts from their forelocks and run all the way down their spin to join with their big, fluffy tail. These fur are mainly bred for show, but can also be used to attract mate and keeping themselves warm. The average height of a Sanskira is around 1.1m to 1.3m, measure from the highest point of their withers. Their coats come in all different colors and patterns, however, bright, clashing and messy designs never occur.

Species History

The Xanthos Equines are a fearsome mountain-dwelling species, broad of body and built for combat. Standing taller and heavier than most equines, their silhouettes are unmistakable—jagged spines rise along their back and shoulders, and their jaws hold long, curved teeth meant for both intimidation and combat.

Their lineage traces back to when shifting glaciers and relentless mountain storms reshaped the highlands. Ordinary horses that strayed into these ranges could not endure the predators, thin air, and constant rockfalls. Over centuries, the survivors became something else: larger, more muscular, and armed with natural defenses. Their spines evolved as shields against ambush predators and as weapons in brutal clashes between rivals, while their teeth adapted to tear through tough alpine scrub—and, when threatened, a means of defense.

Early mountain tribes told stories of them as the Thunderbacks, said to be born from lightning striking stone. Carvings in cliffside shrines depict them as guardians of high passes, both feared and revered. Some cultures believed that the spirits of warriors were reborn as Xanthos stallions, forever roaming the ridges.

The species resisted every attempt at domestication. Too wild, too proud, too dangerous—they fight to the death rather than submit. Their herds move with the weather, vanishing into mists and crags, led by dominant stallions whose spines are often broken or scarred from countless battles.

Until now, it is unknown what has caused this change but a few brave explores and warriors have managed to tame these fearsome beasts.

Notable Features

- All Xanthos Equines have long canine teeth, spines on their shoulders and back. Some do grow additional spines along their backs, rumps and tails. Spines come in all verity of color, both neutral and vivid. Their eyes can also be any color.

- Males always have slightly fuller tails and tend to be slightly larger than their female counter parts.

- Tall and thick bodied they range in height between 16hh and 20hh.

- Some Xanthos have additional horns, these are less common. The horns can come in many shapes and verities.

- Xanthos Equines mostly follow typical horse genetic, however their coat colors can be a bit more vivid in color and they come in significantly more verity of pattern than typical horses. Along with the standard patterns, they can have deer-like spots or outlined spots similar to what you see on some cats. They can also have stripes and large splotches.

- Their skin is a grey-blue or grey-purple rather than the black or pink, this can cause a blue or purple tinge under white hair, particularly around the nose and eyes and under their legs.

The painted skojare are hugely abundant on the world they come from, with independent colonies whose history and generations stretches back for ages. The colonies have their own telltale, characteristic traits of crown type and coloration, but despite lineage they all share a bright, hereditary marking known as paint. For the most part the colonies have stuck to their own, highly territorial and distrustful of one another. But as population grows, new territories must be sought out and in turn tensions have risen high enough to cause groups to begin splitting from their birth colonies to start anew.

Their homeworld is teeming with volatile magic, every living thing nearly breathes it. It makes parts of their world as dangerous as it is extraordinary. Over time they've adapted to the danger, and many skojare are courageous in the face of new threats and discoveries.

Painted Skojare have a bright marking called paint that is genetically passed down to their kits. It is commonly shades of one or two colors, and kits share a mix of their parent's placement. Their crown is either a natural color or the colors of their paint.

A combination of "Pixel" and "Ant"

Pixants is a new adoptable species where you raise a colony of pixel ants, called Pixants!

Pixants, unlike real ants, have unlimited colors and patterns and live forever! These little colourful guys are plentiful and hatch from eggs. Inspired by Equidust Adoptables, they require likes and/or comments to hatch (This might change).

Pixants will be free.

mimic-cats AKA "lion things"
little is known about these mysterious feline-like creatures. sightings have been few and far between, but so far all of the documented individuals have been sighted living in or near groups of other animals, usually felines, but they have been seen among other species as well. through unknown means, mimic-cats appear to be able to alter their fur color and pattern to better blend in with their chosen environment or group. while it appears they are capable of taking on almost any color or fur pattern, almost every documented lion thing has some kind of striping pattern.

sighted in many varying habitats, it appears these felines are highly adaptable to many different conditions. there have been reports of mimic-cats living near coastal areas sporting dense, water resistant coats, similar to that of a seal's. similarly, mimic-cats with incredibly thick double coats have been seen in arctic and subarctic areas. while they have not been officially documented, there have been reports of winged mimic-cats living near mountain tops and dense forests.

mimic-cats range in size from as large as an adult male bengal tiger, to roughly the size of a maine coon cat. they often sport large, silky manes that surround the head and drape down to the chest and down the dorsal ridge of their backs. the manes are not believed to be a sex-linked trait, as both males and females have been seen with manes. some individuals have been seen without a mane, though as of right now it is unknown if that is a genetic defect or if they are able to change the length of their fur along with the color. mimic-cats typically have multiple tails, three appears to be the norm, however some have been seen with up to ten tails.

highly intelligent and social, mimic-cats tend to be wary of human contact, and much prefer the company of other mimic-cats or the group of animals they have chosen to live alongside. however, with enough patience, you may be able to befriend a mimic-cat. they are fiercely loyal to those they care for and are willing to put themselves in harm's way if it means protecting a loved one.

Dragons of Aerene is an arpg focusing on developing dragons in whatever way that you choose. Whether you want to take one dragon on a solo adventure- and have them grow as a character, or develop an entire clan of dragons of all sorts to take on the world together. It prioritizes freedom of development, taking things at your own speed, and meeting personal goals in development.

This ARPG also has a specialization in breeding/fantasy "genetics" in hybridizing varying traits and mixing different dragon types for new and unique results

I'm not gonna do artist comp, you can just ask me via pm if you want to make some dragons, I don't mind it being a community project tbh; I'll just be more picky about the nursery since rolls will have to be done

people having fun and getting to experiment and learn and play with the lines and their art/designs is the point, so long as you have some oekaki examples I'm more than on board with people just enjoying things

• No specific activity requirement though I might purge inactive people after a while of no activity, just dm me to be readded
• You can make customs depending on how many free dragons you make; they have to be approved by another member of staff to be official, list the dragons made you're 'claiming' for the custom/myo. once used once they can't be reused
5 = no/nonrarity edits; 10 = any low tier edits, 15 = any mid tier edits, 20 = any high tier edits

• Follow Chicken Smoothie’s TOS: All users must adhere to the site-wide rules.

• Closed Species: MaoMon are a closed species. You may only make one via an official staff member, MYO ticket, or approved event.

• Trading & Gifting: Maos may only be resold for the original price and currency used (no markups).
— C$ adopts cannot later be sold for USD.
— USD adopts may be sold for C$ only if equal or lower in value.
— Free, raffle, or event Maos may only be gifted or traded for MaoMon-related items. No resale.

• AI Usage: MaoMon content may not be used in or for AI generation or training. Violation = instant, unappealable ban.

• Respectful Behavior: Please treat all users and staff kindly. Vague-posting, harassment, guilt-tripping, trolling, or begging is not allowed.

• Banned Users: Bans may result in character or trading rights being revoked depending on severity. Our 3-strike policy applies, but serious offenses may skip this.
Bans may be appealable after 3–6 months via staff review. (Not all bans qualify.)

• Cross-Community Disciplinary Action: Users banned from other CHALE4-owned species or communities are also banned here, and may not own MaoMon or MaoMon-related items.

✶ General Design Guidelines
• MaoMon must have a gem or stone: All MaoMon feature a gem located on their body on their chest and/or forehead.
• Gems may not be changed after approval: Their gem is a core part of their identity! Be sure to choose carefully.
• No unauthorized traits: All traits used must be present in your MYO ticket or added with a valid Trait Ticket.
• Clothing: You may dress up your Mao at any time. Clothing does not need to be approved by a staff member. Clothing that mimics traits must be clearly represented as such, and cannot be mistaken for real. Make sure to provide an unclothed and clothed reference of your Mao.
• Line Art: Maos may not be custom-lined at this time.
• Off site Entries:

• Standard MYO slots: May only use base traits listed in the trait guide.
• Upgraded MYO slots: Can use additional traits as outlined in your ticket (1 trait, 2 traits, etc.).
• Trait Tickets: Allow you to add 1 additional trait to a MYO or existing MaoMon.
• Special Trait Tickets: Can only be used for event traits, mutations ect.

✶ Edits & Redesigns
• Small changes (Clothing, Hairstyle on head only) : Are allowed without staff approval.
• Major changes (marking overhaul, vibe change): Must be approved and logged.
• Trait removals or additions: Require the appropriate Trait Ticket.
• Gems cannot be changed: Please contact staff if there is a rare case (ex: mistake during approval).

What Are Tatsumon?
Tatsumon are a closed species of unique, semi-aquatic, semi-aerial dragons.
These majestic creatures thrive in shallow waters and high altitudes, making their homes in
both serene underwater grottos and misty mountain peaks.

Ranging in size from 5 to 20 feet in length and weighing anywhere from 200 lbs to over 1,000 lbs,
Tatsumon are truly diverse in their physical traits. During the Autumn months, they pack on weight
in preparation for hibernating in the depths of Winter waters.

As omnivores, their diets are as varied as their environments. Tatsumon enjoy feasting on kelp,
fish, small birds, bugs, and even berries.

Your Tatsumon, Your Story
When it comes to personal lore, the possibilities are endless. Your Tatsumon can dwell in our
world, soaring over mountain ranges or diving beneath ocean waves, or they can exist in a world
all their own. The choice is entirely up to you!

General Conduct
1. You are expected to be kind and respectful to our staff as well as other members of the community.

back to both sweathie for species creation/lineart and the designer.

Reselling and Gifting
1. Gifting is 100% okay, as long as the user you are gifting a Tatsumon to is not on the banned list
of users and has a chicken smoothie profile. Please contact Kamiluna with the Tatsumon being transferred and
user ID of the receiving user.
2. Free Tatsumon may only be gifted after 3 months of owning a Tatsumon.
3. You may not enter competitions on another user's behalf, whether it is with or without their knowledge.
4. Tatsumon which were obtained for free (contests, raffles, gifts) may not be sold unless if they have additional art created after obtaining. If art was given by other users entering a competition, it does not count as additional art.

Artist Conduct
1. Artists are expected to create at least two Tatsumon for FREE adoption (raffles, contests, etc.) per month. Tatsumon being sold (whether this means a custom or a flat sale/auction) do not count towards the two created Tatsumon.
2. If an artist does not meet these criteria for two months in a row, they will be placed into the "hiatus artist" category. If they do not create any more Tatsumon for another month, they will be retired unless there is already something discussed between the artist and Kamiluna
3. Tatsumon with Basic or Common Traits can be created freely. Tatsumon with Uncommon traits can be created every 3 Tatsumon an artist creates. Tatsumon with Rare traits can be created every 5 Tatsumon an artist creates. Any Tatsumon above rare must first be approved by Kamiluna before being put up for adoption.

Custom Rules
Customs are Tatsumons created for you by official Tatsumon Artists
1. Custom Passes will be purchased on the Tatsumon Store page and will be stored in the Tatsumon Bank
2. Custom Passes are to be redeemed on the Customs + MYOs page

MYO Rules
MYOs are Tatsumons created either by you, or by another user you pay to create your Tatsumon
1. MYO Passes will be purchased on the Tatsumon Store page and will be stored in the Tatsumon Bank

3. MYOs MUST be approved by Kamiluna or an authorized staff member before posting elsewhere

Breeding Rules
1. Tatsumon pairings can be heterosexual/homosexual/polyamorous. Tatsumon themselves can be any sexuality.
2. Tatsumon do not have to be mates for life. They can also have multiple mates. Or no mates!
3. All Tatsumon in a breeding must be fully grown.
4. Tatsumon cannot be line-bred. This includes secondary and tertiary lines (eg. cousins/second cousins (regardless of removal), aunts/uncles and nieces/nephews)

Wild Mountain Equids Adoption (new official)

High up in the mountains of North America and Europe, you will find curious looking equids. They are short, with long, twiggy legs and a swishing tail, similar to a cat's. They have a mane that continues down their back and part of their tail. Males are fluffier, with underbelly fur and extra leg and face fur. The equids have extra large ears for better hearing, but small nostrils, so their sense of smell is less effective. But then again, predators can go down wind, but nothing can stop the crumbling of rocky ledges. When they sleep, they curl their tails around themselves for warmth and comfort. These equids have no natural weapons and no strength, so during mating the males, as opposed to fighting, make their mane stand on end, which makes them look bulkier. The equid with the longest mane and bulkiest body will create the hardier foals. But due to their skinny legs and weak back, an equid cannot be ridden. So they continued to live peacefully in the mountains.

The Nordisk Tryghund is a newer breed not yet recognised by the AKC.
It's creator, Trygve Simonson, spent decades selectively breeding a variety of Nordic Breeds to create the Nordisk Tryghund.

The main three breeds used over the years to build the Nordisk Tryghund are Smålandsstövare, Broholmer, and Lundehund

While they come in a variety of shapes and colours, the breed is characterised by a short, double coat, pricked or flopped ears, fluffed tail curled loosly or relaxed, high energy and friendly disposition. They're typically large in size and come in a 'mini' version as well.
They work best as farm or hunting dogs, but if you have a large area and active lifestyle they make wonderful family dogs as well!
They are bred for the harsh weather of northern Norway but can survive just fine in warmer climates. (Given you've got some strong AC/hj)

Timberwood Wild Horses, first seen in Ireland, are a mix of Belgian Drafts, Mustangs and the local Connemara horses. Due to a burning barn in 1968 a lot of horses were released, the ones that were not found then joined the Connemara herds around and forgotten about. A couple years later, foals with unusual coat colors and a drafty appearance were spotted that could not possibly be pure Connemara ponys. One of them was captured and gene tested which revealed among others the above named breeds. The foal grew up to be a very well tempered, strong and pretty individual, so the responsible Timberwood Sanctuary left them alone, closely monitoring the development of those horses and their offspring. Annually, similar to the Mustang Makeovers and Dülmener Wild Horse Event, a couple of the horses are captured and auctioned off to regulate their numbers within the herds. All of them and their offspring must be registered by the TSR (Timberwood Sanctuary Registration). Nowadays the Timberwood Horse is known widely and the captured horses and their offspring exported all over the world for competitions and as working horses. Due to being crossbred, they can appear in pretty much any color variations and even developed a bunch of markings only seen in those horses, they range from 13 to 17hh.

General

• All CS rules apply

• Timberwood Horses (TW´s or Timbers) are a closed species. You may post them offsite (like Toyhouse), but must link back to this thread and the respective artists somewhere.

• A storage page must be updated fully in order to request breedings or participate in any other activities like exploring and competitions. This includes links to the individual horses, their lineages and slot usage. There is currently no limit to how many Timbers you may own.

• You can only order one rare import per month, there is no limit for common/uncommon imports. Adopts don´t count to that limit.

• Major line edits are not allowed, however small items and mane/tail edits are allowed. Those may or may not pass depending on the artist claiming the breeding. Feathering edits are not allowed.

• Timber imports/auctions may be priced in c$/pets or real currency with a cap of 30USD (no limit for pets/c$).

• Timbers may be traded, sold or gifted but in order to do so both parties must post on the horses adopt page and the owner/archivist must be notified.

• Rules are subject to addition, alteration or removal at any given time.

Breedings

• All Timbers have five breeding slots.

• All horses must be named, have a halter and a fully up to date storage in order to breed. Foals must be grown up.

• Foals grow in 14 days from their post date.

• At this point, only mare x stallion breedings are allowed as the lineart determines the gender. However, feel free to let them identify as whatever they want <3

• Breedings are limited to 1 per week for now. This may change in the future.

• Artists are encouraged to order breedings from others, but may create personal breedings. Rolling must be done by another staff member.

• Any edits on parents are not guaranteed to pass to offspring. This decision is up to the breeding artist, and edits should not be requested to pass in forms. Edits must follow the above guidelines.

• Any kind of dye or tattoo can not pass in breedings as they will be obtainably through items.

• Rules are subject to addition, alteration or removal at any given time.

Artists

• There is no limit to how many adopts/breedings/customs an artist may create per month

• There is no minimum requirement of adopts per month

• Artists may make a personal custom once per month. These do not roll over into future months. Please post a reasonable amount of adopts before making a custom for yourself

• Please try to keep genetics correct. If you have questions, don't be afraid to ask the other artists! We all started somewhere.

• Open adopts have no halter, halter will be added once adopted

• Rare markings should be kept rare. Everyone is allowed one rare import per month, not including adopts won.

• Very Rare markings are off limits for normal adopts and imports and may only be used for milestones or in breedings.

Have you ever been curious to know what lays under you in the thousands of kilometres of the earth below your paws?
Of course you may already know, there are bones and bugs and bothersome things that you wouldn't normally twitch a whisker
about, but what about the ancient stories of cats that are whithering with old age, that speak of a palce of tendrilous size?

The catacombs are a vast underground network of tunnels, only accessible by a few select spots on the surface. Ancient
cats carved and explored these tunnels through centuries of hard work. At the heart of the catacombs is a nook bustling with life: Catalena.
Here cats live harmoniously in groups called guilds, in which every member has it's own special role. There are merchants, barbarians,
witches, foragers, every type of citizen you could imagine. Everyone contributes to Catalena in their own way and keeps it safe
for the cats that live there.

But the catacombs aren't only home to cats, no.. they harbour other things as well. Horrifying monsters and ghosts which
haunt the tunnels day and night. Catalena is only a small speck of light in the grand scheme of things, and there are always
threats.. threats of impending doom in the air.

Catacombs is an ARPG that involves completing prompts and small tasks to maintain your guild. You will begin with a guild founder.
You will be able to adopt other cats through the regular adopts page!

Getting Started

Step 1) In order to start playing, you must form your guild, you must create them a thread on CS or a folder on toyhouse and get the guild registered on the guild registration thread. All guilds must have a special name, said name can be whatever you want it to be, as long as it is appropriate for CS. Proceed here to register your guild!
Step 2) Create your founder! Your founder will be your first cat, and they will have the "FOUNDER" role. The FOUNDER role is a custom role that combines one of the combat roles and the forager role. Proceed here to customize your founder
Step 3) Create a post in your guild including your founder's name, gender, and other necessary information required!
Step 4) Explore Catalena! There are a lot of things to do in the catacombs. You can recruit new cats to your guild through the main adopts, or participate in prompts and events.

Roles
The roles of your cat are what dictate what your guild is capable of doing! Having certain types of cats will allow you to
participate in different aspects of the game. Do you want to participate in raids, explore the catacombs or make money off
of what you have foraged? It's important to select the roles for your cats wisely in order to participate in the ARPG to the fullest!

There are different types of roles: custom, civilian, combat and misc. You may distribute 10 cats among the different roles, however
you may only have certain numbers of cats that fall under a specific role. When adopting a cat, you must choose roles for them, so choose wisely!

General Rules
• Be kind and respectful to everyone in the community at all times!
• Please read all of the information on the how to play post before beginning!
• Catacombs is a closed community, meaning you cannot bring in OCS and join unless you've registered. You cannot make your own
cat to participate in the community with unless they are your founder, in which case they must follow the founder creation guidelines.
• Much of Catacombs mechanics rely on the honors system. Please do not abuse this. Any fraudulent activity including faking the amount of currency, resources, EXP etc. that you have will be penalized.
• Please do not steal the idea, artwork and lore of the catacombs arpg.
• Please keep everything CS appropriate as this is a CS based game.
• Read all of the information on designated pages before participating to be sure that you understand all of the rules and instructions
correctly.
• If you have any questions, do not be afraid to ask!

Roles
• You can change your cat's role with approval from one of the ARPG owners or a moderator.
• You can only change your cat's role once every two months.
• If you change your cat's role, all previously gained experience is voided. Even if the cat goes back to their original role, they will have to start from zero.
• All upgraded combat items will go back to your inventory and can be given to other cats with combat roles.
• If you change your merchant's role, therefore no longer having a merchant, your guild shop must be closed until you obtain a cat with the merchant role.

Bans, Guild Dissolution
• If you wish to dissolve your guild, please PM reyligion so that your cats can be re-adopted. You may transfer your founder and any MYOs out of the ARPG if you designed them or have the designer's explicit permission. If you wish to transfer out the rest of your guild members, contact a staff member as this will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Any bannable offences will result in the automatic dissolution of your guild.
• The rules and regulations are subject to change at any point in time without warning.

Tier 1
Preset tails, preset ears, scars, accessories, facial expreission, minor claw and teeth edits

Tier 2
Custom tail (feline-esque), custom ears (feline-esque), custom fur length, custom hair, missing apendages,
major claw and teeth edits, horn edits, tongue edits, pupil shape / eye type edit, glow, mechanical implants,
natural mutations (polydactyl, munchkinism, four-ear, bicaudal etc.)

Tier 3 (reserved for special adopts only)
Wings, halos, more than 2 tails, up to 4 eyes, up to 3 heads, up to 3 sets of limbs, non-feline atributes

Rules

1. All Chickensmoothie rules apply, both on site and off-site.

2. Be kind and respectful to all staff and members. Please be patient when it comes to judging adopts, making nursery batches, etc, this is a (mostly) free community and real life takes priority. Users found to be consistently harassing people may receive a warning.

2a. Users must remain respectful when discussing age, race, ethnicity, nationality, culture, religion, mental health, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.

2b. If it has been longer than a month and you're owed work or a competition has gone unjudged, please dm myself (@Archaeopteryx) or my husband (@HarpyHarpy) and we'll get things sorted out for you.
3. All users that have been on CS for longer than three months and have at least 75 posts are entitled to one free founder. You are allowed and welcome to apply for adopts, customs, auctions, events, etc. even without a founder, and this offer does not expire until you receive your founder.

4. Personal storages may be hosted both on and off-site. If you wish to own multiple groups, please have them listed under a singular hub so we can better link to it on the archives.

5. Freely obtained EARTHRISE adopts are not permitted to be resold or traded outside of species. Users found to be doing so consistently will be permanently banned from EARTHRISE.

6. To encourage worldbuilding and character building, each player starts with a certain amount of slots (five), and may increase their slot number via leveling up. Players found to be over that limit have a grace period of one month to reach the appropriate level, after which the most recently acquired free adopts will be confiscated and readopted to the greater community. Players found to be dodging this limit via only acquiring paid for adopts may have access to customs and auctions removed. A longer grace period may be allowed due to extenuating circumstances.

xxxxUpon hire, staff are given 20 tidbits, plus five for every individual free aktego made. Artists and guest artists are also permitted to make themselves a single custom once a month, and unlimited nursery pairings, provided at least a single adopt, nursery batch, or founder is made within that time period.

Guest artists are given a temporary artist position for up to two months. Guest artists are not allowed to create auctions or sell customs, and are encouraged (but not required) to request help on aktego phenotypes, and may be requested to change designs if they don't meet EARTHRISE genotype guidelines. Full-time artists will be hired, on occasion, from previous guest artists.

xxxxFull-time staff are also allowed (and encouraged) to set up auctions and customs, and are permitted to create a custom aktego for themselves (or as a gift to others) with any mutation after three months of activity are completed.

xxxxWhile staff are not required or expected to be active every month, an extended absence and lack of communication may lead to being let go from the team.
