It would mostly depend on the time of day.
If it was sunny out, they would likely take a water hose and spray it up
into the sky so it made a rainbow and make a big show of how it matched their scarf.
If it was dark or cloudy out, they'd dance for them, mostly depending on the friend they
might pull them in and salsa dance, might do the robot, might even 'ribbon' dance with
their scarf, it mostly depended on which friend it was and what they found funny.
Though, if it was raining out they'd likely run out and dance in the rain, since their
fur always got kinky when it was wet and a few of their friends found it really funny
to watch them go from completely smooth fur and hair to a ball of curls and waves.

Prompt: Whenever his friends are upset, Winnie is always there, with a bunch of pastel rainbow paints and white roses! He loves to spread art, and happiness at the same time! Winnie often gives them a few roses, and opens the paints up for them to choose from and paint their canvas! He thinks it's pretty neat to paint on a white rose, and he loves that, cause it isn't a normal blank canvas, it isn't paper-- it's a rose. It has soft petals, and a lovely smell, especially when you paint them! (He loves the smell of paint + the paint is scented). He often makes a mess, or makes flowers for them if they don't wish to paint any!
