Hazard Cats are long legged felines with quite a few robotic qualities.
Their tails are about the length of their body, split into two pieces,
and connected by some form of energy. The glass screens on their
chest are most commonly known to show a heartbeat, but many other
glowing images can appear there. These images mirror the cat’s
health in one way or another. Some cats have static on their screens,
but beware, those cats are as dangerous as they are rare! The picture
on the screen will always match the color of the cat’s eyes, which
typically have hollowed pupils. Hazards have three eyes, but the center
one is almost always covered with a band-aid or something similar.
This is because of the often dangerous powers that are channeled
through the third eye. Grates on the cats’ sides aid in breathing and
can also emit a steam, sound and mist, as well as a strange goo.
Their large ears allow them to hear potential prey miles away and make
them skilled trackers, but they are easily overwhelmed by too much
noise. Thanks to their strong legs, Hazard cats can reach speeds up to
fifty miles per hour and leap near ten feet up.

Neve has quite the... temper. She has a personality similar to that of Gordan Ramsey where she constantly appears angry (and this upsets people) but in reality she's saying very caring things. And it's quite ironic how much this proves that she's a hot head. Sometimes the icicles will even react to this and appear to be melting, it's really just an optical illusion though. It's actually pretty the way they look like they're melting from her red hot anger, and so even when she's holding inside all of her issues the ice will still "melt", and is a dead giveaway of her true feelings.

The summary of the huge piece below is that Tundra has a parasitic energy which feeds off her third eye power, it makes her unable to see the world how it normally is and healthy/beautiful/living things become dull, dead and ugly but very rarely she finds something this parasitic power can not distort and she loves seeing its beauty/the real world. The parasitic energy is the cause of her icicles/forever cold body and she has no control over her third eye power. Meaning she can't use it or it randomly goes off which is which she sealed her eye shut.
But it isn't all bad as Tundra is very close friends with this power as it communicates through her thoughts...

Tundra has a very unique gift, or curse depending on how you view it, one that surprisingly 'feeds' off of her third eye power. Her normal third eye power, when this parasitic power is asleep, is her being able to create small, miniature suns for up to 1 hour. But this parasitic power is living and has been passed down through her family inside of a box that it was trapped in, which Tundra accidentally broke open and releasing said power into her body. This power is visible on her body via the strange icicles and constantly cold body, but its mental affects is that this parasite forcibly allows Tundra to see how it sees the world. This means that everything she looks at has near to zero beauty and everything appears to be dead, even if alive. But just like living things, this parasitic power does have to sleep and when it does Tundra can use her third eye power (the parasite tends to weaken it so much that she can't use it) and she can see things look more alive and beautiful, but with a bit of a 'dying' look to them. But, sometimes Tundra stumbles onto something that seems completely healthy and living, and she cherishes any moment she can catch a glimpse of the real world.
