❀❀Why is that significant to her/why wish for that?;;Honoka can be described as a pacifist. She wants everything around her to be working
smoothly, whether her work, her possessions, or even her relationships. She's one for
harmony, and can be quite frustrated with arguing. She avoids fighting as much as
possible, preferring to discuss things than spit insults or grapple. Her life mantra is
"peace is love, peace is life." So why would she write this on the tag? She's quite poetic,
if fact she writes poetry to wind down after a long day, and this would have to be one
of the deepest passages she's ever written. It as a meaning most others don't understand,
but she can easily explain it. Fire and ice are considered opposites, which can never
mix without one or both being destroyed. She wants even the most distant things to be
able to live in peace together or at least be able to be able to tolerate each other. This
is one the reasons why she has this tag. It's what she believes in, no matter what happens.
Now, what caused her to think this way? Of course, it involved war, sadness, and death.
Honoka was born in pretty much the middle of nowhere. Her single father was a local
blacksmith who would travel to town every day. One day, when Honoka was around 7-8
years old, her father was called to join the army. Her family was quite poor, and the
government was offering bonuses for the soldier's family. His father left her, and though
she did get the bonuses, she was never happy after that. Soon, she found out that he
died in battle. She never met her mother, and she was living by herself for the rest of her
life. She frequently struggled with bouts of depression until when she finally decided to
venture to the town her father worked in. The townspeople were very kind to her, and
she ended up enjoying herself there. Throughout her years of solace before that, though,
she had developed an intolerance to fighting. She developed the mindset that all that
fighting caused were more deaths, and that it was useless.
