We've been talking about doing something like this for a while, but it's just now being put into action c:
Every Saturday or Sunday there will be a Viscet put out as a non-owner raffle. They will end in 7 days, and another will be released when the previous ends. This gives non-owners a chance to get introduced into the community without participating in the death-battles that some competitions are.

Soul asked me to get the raffles started, so here's the first! Of course, it's a non-owner raffle, so no extras!
