Personality ;; Hideki, above all else, is a super bold viscet. This comes across instantly when others meet him. He is bright and full of energy. There is no greater joy to him than pushing boundaries and exploring new ideas. He also loves being as original as possible by experimenting with new ideas and solutions in ways others wouldn't think of. If it hasn't been done. Hideki is determined to do it! Additionally, he is both perceptive and direct. He always notices with things need change, even the smallest shifts in habits or appearances that betray another viscet's emotions. His direct nature means that he will always communicate directly and honestly, especially if he can turn sadness into happiness. Of course, every viscet has their negative side. Hideki often finds himself being rather unstructured. Whenever he can, he will fix a problem, advance, or simply have fun. Rules and expectations are often ignored in the process, resulting in unexpected issues such as others taking it personally. Also, Hideki's original manner could be seen as defiant, which he wouldn't deny. He refuses to be placed within a cage. There is nothing worse than limits! Repetition and direction isn't how he lives his life, and he won't stand it. Sometimes, he needs to push the barriers down and run free. This annoys just as many viscets as it makes smile!
Items ;; [item positioning reference]. Hideki was born as a domesticated viscet in Japan. He took up an instant interest in photography and natural beauty, proceeding to pursue this as much as possible. He bought himself a professional camera that he wears around his neck with a strap, and with separate lenses. After a year of photography, Hideki grew short-sighted, and had to obtain glasses. He also had a constant interest in things such as tattoos and piercings, leading to his two ear studs. Without them, he now has a large issue with seeing. Of course, at this point, Hideki began to grow bored. He decided that he wished to travel as opposed to remaining a photographer in his town. He had a satchel to carry his lenses, and was gifted a checkered wristband from his viscet friends before he left as a way of ridding himself of homesickness. Each country Hideki visited, he bought a charm that he wears around his tail. His first charm was a camera which he obtained in America, as a symbol of the beginning of his career. When visiting Canada, he got a dreamcatcher charm in memory of Native America. Following that, he visited Europe. In France, he selected a Eiffel tower charm. In The Netherlands, he obtained a feather charm. Lastly, in England, he obtained a rose charm. His dream is to travel every country he can, and collect a memory charm from each.

Luna, as said in the name section, is Latin for the moon. And there are tones of superstitions about the moon! I decided to design all the items in a myths, superstitions and blue theme, because I think this might work! Luna suffers from nightmares, so she brought a dream catcher. Then a pendent to protect her from bad visions/daydreams. A dream catcher is a small hoop containing a horsehair mesh decorated with feathers and beads, believed by American Indians to give its owner good dreams. Next is her choker, or collar, made of leather and turquoise gem stones. Turquoise is one of the oldest protection amulets, and was also known as a symbol of wealth in many ancient cultures. If given turquoise by a loving friend, that stone would protect the wearer from negative energy and bring good fortune. The turquoise is the symbol of friendship. It also brings peace to the home. Luna was given the choker by a closer friend, and has worn it ever since. The blue net fingerless gloves don't have a mythical or superstitious meaning, but do keep up the blue theme, and Luna likes to wear them because they simply look cool on her! Behind her ear, Luna wears a pair of blue jay feathers. One of the magical attributes of the blue jay is warning, along with courage and eloquence. Luna is fairly shy in new situations, so she wears the blue jay feathers to help her feel brave, and more fluent in speaking to new Viscets. The next accessory Luna wears is the dragon ear cuff, and this is very symbolic to her. Soon after she got her dream catcher, she had a dream that involved a dragon. Later, upon looking it up, she found that seeing a dragon in a dream is actually very symbolic. Dragons are fierce and wild creatures, offering associated with evil and fire. However, Luna believed something different to what she found. She believes that dragons are gentle, healing creatures who are very protective of those around them. Luna has worn the cuff ever since, as a symbol that she believes dragons are different, and will not be swayed in an argument.

With the dream qualities of the dream catcher, the protective qualities of the choker, the coolness of those gloves, the courage of the blue jay feathers and the healing of the dragon, Luna feels safe from all harm thanks to those items she wears. And as each of the items (ignoring the gloves) has a mythical or superstitious story behind it, I believe that the myths and superstitions part of her theme has worked out very well, and all the items are blue, so the entire theme has been met. Luna continues to follow her own mind and believes she has built up around all of her different items. She never takes them off, except for the gloves on the occasion, as they don't have any story behind them, but they make her look cool!

Diary

Dear Diary.

What are you supposed to write in a diary? Well, diary, my name is Luna... hi? Right... now what? About me I guess... Hi. My name is Luna. I am 19 years old and everyone hates me. Literally. I am 8 ft tall and weigh around 440 pounds. Why I am putting my height and weight in here is another question. Urm, I have really saucy blue and black hair, and it is what we call a mutation, I have Mane Edits or something. I am gray and black, with bright green demon eyes. But thats it. I am nothing special. I wear two blue jat feathers behind my ear, and a dragon ear cuff. I got my ear pierced when I was 11. I also wear a dream catcher necklace and a turquoise gem stone choker, with some sassy blue bet fingerless gloves. But that is what I look like. Done.

But, who am I really? Well, my mother says I am dull and rude, a trouble maker to the bone. My father says that I am useless and boring, a hunk of junk. Yay... But really... I am shy, scared of what others think of me. I am really superstitious, don't stroke black cats or walk under ladders ect. But if you really get to know me, I guess I am kind of, well kind. Sweet. Funny. I guess. But I have never really had a friend. Or anyone who cares about me. I love music and star gazing. I adore astrology. It is the best. My favorite food is... hazelnuts! I love them. And my favorite song is Dreams by Imagine Dragons, cause 'we all are living in a dream' and 'everything is a mess'. I also love stories, ancient tales passed down from Viscet to Viscet, passed down through tribes of men. I hate spiders and lightning though!

I said I have no friends. But there is one friend I have. Well, maybe two... Jace is my first friend. He grew up in captivity, in the home of the humans. He used to be so hostile, a shame really he used to call himself. Jace was rude and a prankster. He hated the world. So did I. I met Jace in the two leg territory, where he fought me on his Alpha's orders. But really he chased me, snarling, to the woods. His Alpha chased him away from the woods, and I had to start again. With a friend. Me and Jace became close, I helped him survive the woods. He showed me how to fight. It is a bond that will not die. Jace and me with our bright eyes and our friendship. Nothing romantic between us. Just a friendship. And then there is my other friend. A wolf... Yes. A wolf, female. I saved her, with Jace's help, from a human trap. We are her pack, me, Jace and Jamini, the wolf. I chose her name, it is night in Indian. Goodbye Diary.

Made of light black leather strips with some modifications to fit it's purpose. On the neck line, there are eight xx
little loops to hold paintbrushes. The waist line reveals an ingenious way for a viscet to carry eight small xx
containers of paint. Other than that, it's pretty plain except for some engravings, of diamond and triangle xx
outlines. On the side of the neck line, the engraved triangles spell ANSEL.xx

- Paintbrushes -xx
They are shorter than the average paintbrush, dark gray in color with the wood grain visible, are fatter at the xx
end instead of tapering, and there is a little notch on one side.xx

- Paint Containers -xx
Cylinders of steel and they come complete with a lid. The containers' lids even have nylon straps, trimmed xx
with blue thread, as mini handles for a toe to be slipped into to remove a lid.xx

The paint in the containers seem to vary in a wide range.xx

Day 1
I know it was unsafe to do, but I went to the shifty
market near the docks today. Guess what I found
though. A viscet who obviously is afraid of nearly
everything. The poor thing doesn't seem to know
kindness. He had to be darted with a tranquilizer.
..I bought him. At first, the dealers didn't want to
let me, but I persisted and in the end they wanted to
just be rid of him. Ioniza was such a big help
getting him home. I think she's excited to have
another viscet around. She's been a bit lonely lately
with all of the showings. This probably had a part to
play in me springing the boy. Whether he chooses to
trust me or not though is up to him.

Day 2
Boy he is one angry viscet! Today could have been a
disaster, but Ioniza saved the day with her cute
personality. He seems interested in befriending her,
but the sight of me and sound of my voice makes him
angry and defensive. I feel do sorry for the poor
fella. I wonder what could have done such a thing.
Despite the attitude, things turned out alright and
he ate the food I made for Ioniza and him.

Day 3
A curious viscet is always good to see. I watched the
home cams today from work. When he's not
investigating, he likes to follow Ioniza around and
lay near her. It's almost like other viscets shunned
him where ever he was before. He wants to be social
with her, but he is cautious. It could be something
else though.. Ioniza has given him plenty of cues
accepting him as a friend and even to play. It's like
he doesn't understand though.

Day 4
It's getting better. He hasn't growled at me today,
but he still gives me a look of hatred. I'll just
have to keep it up and go slow. I did give Ionzia her
weekend rub down today. The big fella seemed
tempted, but wasn't willing to come over to us.

Day 17
It's been busy, but good! The boy.. (I really need to
find a name for him).. and Ioniza are getting along
great! When Ioniza started being more dominate, but
gentle, towards him; enticing him to play and such,
he started understanding her cues. He now seems to
get most of them. Ioniza also led him to me once
while he was caught up in playing. He was so focused
on her he hadn't realized I was touching him until I
got a few pats in. He quickly pulled away when he
noticed. Though, he stood there for a few moments
and seemed confused.

Day 18
Ugh. Disaster. I forgot myself today. I put on some
EDM while I worked on some art. Stupid stupid stupid!
It was out of habit, so I really need to change things
around. He is fine with slow and soothing music, but
anything else and he cowers in a corner, teeth bared
while growling. Well.. Work tomorrow so I can watch
the cams to see how far back I set us. I hope he can
forgive me.

Day 21
He bounced back pretty well! The 19th was a bit
rough in the morning and later when I got back.
Ioniza has gotten him to calm down about the
incident though. I am starting something new
though. Before they get their food, they get a chest
rub. Ioniza loves this. He allowed me to get in one
stroke before backing up. It's progress! ..Of course
it could be the lure of the freshly made meals. Who
knows what he was previously fed.

Day 29
This week has really gone great. The boy is starting
to relax. I'm able to get a good chest rub in before
I notice him starting to pull back a bit. Ioniza and
him are becoming closer as well. Something else
interesting happened though. He has a curiosity
about my paintbrushes. Hm, it might be nothing,
but it could be something as well.

Day 42
Something really interesting happened today.
Apparently our boy has been watching me whenever
I paint. While watching the cams today I was
completely blown away though. He took a
paintbrush, dipped it in some paint I left out from
this morning, and started painting on the canvas I
had set up. It only had a little design on it in
charcoal. What he did though.. Utterly amazing. He
accented the charcoal markings. True, it's a little
crude, but still amazing for a viscet to achieve. I
wonder if I could culture this. I don't mean to make
money off of it or anything, but to give him a
hobby. Ioniza has her own hobbies. All he pretty
much does is follow her around. He needs something
of his own.. Speaking of his own, I really need to
find his name!

Day 53
I hope I did right today. I wasn't sure whether to
scold our boy or to be happy, but I had decided to
treat it as a good thing. I horrifyingly watched the
cams off and on today. He painted Ioniza.. Whom is
elated with her new, accentuated look. I must say,
he is getting better controlling the paintbrush with
his mouth. I'm thinking I should encourage this.

Day 67
Ansel.. That's his name; after the photographer.
Anyways, Ansel has his hobby! He loves body art,
especially when it involves bringing out the
features already on viscets and making them stand
out more. I've gone all out, going to a buddy of
mine to make Ansel a custom harness to carry
paintbrushes and little cans of paint with. The
paintbrushes have also been altered and I've made
sure that them, the paint, everything, is
environmental friendly. It's amazing really, both
his talent and how far he has come socially. He
still doesn't trust anyone new very easily, but now
there is no more instant aggression!
