Ignore This If You Want: So the other day I responded to a guy in a sticky situation with his ex wifes bird. He explained that he really didnt know what birds were pet-wise, and that he just needed someone that understood how to care for them to take him. I didnt really know what I was getting into when I agreed to take in yet another rescue, but what he brought me turned out to be the most wonderful animal to ever exist. Sammy boy is an adorable white-capped pironus, and is very much attached to the whole family after just a few days. He is so sweet and playful and hates being alone for a single second, and Im totally in love. So this this pretty viscet is for him, a little celebration if you will, to a rescue situation that actually worked out for once!
