Ice!!!

Why?
Mraz, while he can't give you a solid explanation, absolutely loves to hoard ice of all kinds. He believes that this is related to the crunching noise it makes, and the stunning colors it bears.

When?
This obsession began when he was just a viscling. Mraz lived near an ice cave and often wandered off to it. That was when he first started collecting shards of ice for fun.

How?
Mraz finds new additions to his collection by wandering to mountains, caverns, frozen lakes, and anywhere that ice might reside. To keep his collection alive, he has placed several hundred different types of large leaves over his den to keep it away from the warmth of the sunlight. This has actually worked so well, that I ice has begun to creep up the walks and create a walk in freezer. However, due to the intense cold, Mraz has to sleep in Bīras den to prevent freezing to death at night.

The first time I encountered ice was near my birth, December 20th. The pond nearby had frozen over and created a wondrous cool glass cover that enabled me to seemingly walk on water while I could see fish of all types swimming leisurely beneath. I made it a point to learn to walk on ice without sliding everywhere, and my father taught me how to pick up frail pieces with my paws without dropping them. When I turned two, I went on my first expedition to an ice cave that stood on a nearby mountain. I was alone in the journey and took three days to reach the cave itself. When I was there, the reward was something I do not have words for. Ice was everywhere, decorating the entire cave with a soft teal and foggy white. Pillars of ice stood scattered through the cave with icicles dangling from the ceiling, the faint sunlight making them twinkle. The cave was what brought my obsession to where it is now, and I have no intention of taking that back.

What Do They Hoard?: Wentz hoards vinyl records! He's had a vinyl player since he
was 9, and since hasn't been able to stop collecting them. He prefers the sound of vinyls compared
to digital music or CDs - plus, he finds more nostalgia in being able to have physical copies of his
favorite albums, whilst also being able to support his favorite artists and their music.
Favorite Vinyl? Oh, that's easy! Definitely his very first record - a compilation of
Frank Sinatra's greatest hits. Growing up on Sinatra and other artists like him, Wentz
developed a huge amount of respect for Sinatra and his works, with the boy being very
inspired by his work - later showing in his own material. He's had the vinyl since he was
about seven years old, and he was given it by his father's friend - an older man, he ended
up dedicating his life to selling records, and when he fell ill wanted to give Wentz at least
one - and so, Wentz ended up choosing the Sinatra one, and has kept it ever since. He
doesn't tend to play it much anymore, due to how much it's started to age, but he cares
for it very, very much.

What Do They Hoard?: band tees and posters
Why? Well, Floyd has always loved music and concerts. His
favorites are Pink Floyd, Queen, Guns and Roses, he could go on all
day. Every chance he gets he goes to a concert. His favorites are
the ones that are out of town, where he and his friends go on a ro-
ad trip to get to the concert. He loves living in the moment, and
the way he does that is by rocking out. He gets all into the music,
and enjoys every minute of it. Every concert he goes to he makes
sure he gets a t-shirt and/or a poster. He hoards these, and they
make him think of those happy memories of jamming with his fri-
ends to the best music ever. It seems all he has in his closet are
band tees, and his walls are covered in posters. Some are even
autographed! He treasures every single one of his band tees and
posters, because they feel as if they are a part of him. His memo-
ries of when he had the best time ever. And every day he scans
the web so he snatch up tickets for his next memory!

What Do They Hoard?: sea glass.
all his life, chance has been intrigued by the ocean. he finds it mysterious, and loves reading interesting
information about the deep blue sea. often, chance imagines what is out in the sea that is still unknown,
and he has always been curious about the incredible creatures that inhabit the ocean. to fulfill his fascin
ation about the ocean, chance often takes long, peaceful walks along the sea shore, looking for seashells
and anything else he can find. it wasn't until one calm day on the beach, when chance found a strange,
yet beautiful colored stone. it wasn't until further investigation until he spotted more and more of these
small, hard pieces of what seemed to resemble rocks or coral. after collecting multiple of these colorful
stones, he returned to his beach-side home, to research the objects. only a short amount of searching and
reading later, chance discovered beautiful nature created stones, known as sea glass. these rocks start off
as shards of glass, often from glass bottles that get carried into the ocean. after years of tumbling through
the waves and sand, the glass's edges soften and slowly form circular stones. chance found these objects
amazing. he thought that it was fascinating how the ocean could turn trash into beautiful sculptures. after
this research, chance returned to the ocean shore to find more sea glass.
