One of my many simple/easy to win designs, and the last in its line. I just got yet another rescue cockatiel the other day, so I couldnt help but make a lil babe themed after him. He has a very strange spotted/warped splotch of black on his wings that Iv never seen before, making him a very unique bird, and definitely worth themeing an adopt after!
