Welcome to the Palette Event! This has been made to sort of make up for lack of activity and a missing Christmas event. It's not going to be very long -probably only a week- but I hope those who participate will be happy with it anyways. To enter, you'll need to fill out the from below where you'll submit a color palette. Choose carefully! If you end up getting a cat with your form, this is what it will be based off of. It is recommended that you use a site such as this one to find some colors, but not nessisary. Once you get a cat, you'll need to give it a name and a gender on its page.

--All other Hazard Cat rules apply here.
--Take note that designs will most likely be simple.
--I'll try to do as many of these as possible, but if I can't find any inspiration for a submission, I'll skip over it.
--There will be no tolerance for any whining, guilt tripping, arguing, or etc. here.
--Each user may only enter once.
-----Exception: If a user has an item (like from the Easter Event) that have not used, this may be traded in for a second cat. Once the item is traded in, it cannot be retrieved. This can only be done once per user. If you are doing this, be sure to say so/mention what item in the form! If you do this, I cannot skip over it.
--Keep edits to your form to a minimum.
--These cats will count towards your overall limit.
--Cats from this event cannot be bred.
--If you do not claim your cat after it is posted, it will be put up for re-adoption.
--These cats do not have an assigned age. You can make them whatever you wish, as they do not need to be transferred onto other lines when they age up. If you would like them to be a teacup (Hazard Cat's version of PPS), let me know and I will put the label on their page.
