Just a Christmas edit so I don't think so,

The harness won't pass unless the artist doing the breeding decides to put items on the tolter for that specific breeding, just like I did, and decides to do a harness just like the parent.
Only other way for it to "pass" is to buy it for challenge points.

So no, it's not anything that will be rolled for by artists etc.
