Favorite Memory from 2015:
Moving.
Why?:
In October, my family had a big change happen. We moved away from the place I'd called home for 12 years. My best friends lived there, and everything I'd ever known was there. I know you're probably thinking, "Why is that your favorite memory?? That sounds like it stinks!" And yes, it sort of did at first, but moving here was a really good change for me, it did more for me than I could ever explain. It moved me closer to my significant other, and it has pushed me to keep a positive outlook on things because even if something happens that doesn't really feel like it could be good, there are always good things there. You just have to trust that you'll find them. So going out of 2015, my favorite memory is the making of new memories and starting a new life!

Favorite Memory from 2015:
Seeing All Time Low live in concert
Why?:
Well,
They are my inspiration to continue doing what I love doing. They grew on me and I see them as my heros. When I saw then live I don't know how to explain the feeling, even today its kind of a mystery. Walking into the venue I didn't really feel like I was hours away from seeing all time low live. A lot of the opening bands played and they did a great job. As the crew set up stage for atl, it started to hit me that I was so close to seeing them up on stage.
Finally after what felt like a life time, the opening song began playing, the lead singer, alex, walked out on stage and everyone erupted into screams. Everyone was singing along and screaming as the other band members came out on stage and thats when I realized that I am in the crowd of an all time low concert. I was there, and that was all I wanted.
Now when Alex started playing the emotional songs, I was overcome by that feeling, a feeling I couldn't describe. From 2 years ago I didn't think I was going to see them live anytime soon. And there I was, at the beginning of a sad song (to be specific the song was Therapy), and I started crying. They weren't sad tears, they were more like thankful tears. I was thankful for those 4 guys. They helped me through times when my grandfather was diagnosed with cancer, when my mom got diagnosed with depression, when I was in a bad place. But now I am better because of them.
People think I am just a fan who is obsessed with 4 guys who play in a band for a living. But it's much more than that. (sorry that was so long omg.)
What You're Looking Forward to Most in 2016: The one thing I am really looking forward to, is seeing myself become more mature and age more. I want to see what will become different in my life, and if its good or bad, I want to see how I will handle it with what I have already experienced. I want to test new things, like different styles of art, expanding my knowledge of science and literature. I want to see what other things I might enjoy in the coming years.
I also look forward to possibly making new friends, here in my town and online.
