Name: Terium
Snow fell from the sky as smoke rose in a beautiful contrast of the forces of nature. Silence made the world have an eerie hue as Terium stood in the thigh deep snow, gazing coldly at the breaking world before him. Humans dashed about panicked as their small town burned to the ground.
The strike had been fast. A bolt of lightning shooting from the sky in a snow storm was the last thing anyone would expect to see, but Terium had sensed it. An electrifying buzz that started in his fur and spread around his entire body. Terium had been able to predict the precise location the bolt would strike along with the time. He had that ability since he was a child, the capability to sense something bad before it happens. He did it before the rabies took his fathers mind, he had it before the earth rattled and the trees fell. He had it before the wolves howled ominously as they circled the doe. He had it when the rock tumbled above him before crushing his tail. He had it when the rabbit dashed into the snakes pit on accident. He never had to see any of this happen, he knew precisley how it would. A blessing and a curse, though the way you view it would depend on the situation.
This ability had also kept him out of trouble. The instinct to turn around just before the cougar lept. The sense that something was wrong with the viscling with only one lung before the seizures kicked in. Avoiding the seemingly strong tree seconds before it toppled and crushed a small fox that had been wandering. A quiet screaming sensation as he determined which path to choose. A feeling of which medical herb to use to stop the infection. Knowing to run from the Viscet before it attacked. It was hard to catch him off guard, even harder to harm him when you held the intent for a while. Unless it was on a whim, you had no chance.
Now, he watched the city burn in silence, a buzzing feeling echoing in his bones. With a digruntled sigh, he ran foreword towards the city, towards the child trapped beneath the fallen planks. People shoved passed him, dazed and confused, some coughing up puffs of smoke. Dogs barked in the distance and a building cracked before tumbling down. He approached the planks and threw off the top barrier without hesitation, revealing the small, pudgy hand. Gently, he grabbed the child's hand and pulled them out of the fallen wood before hoisting them onto his back and sprinting back to the woods. The tiny body shook and heaved out smoke as he ran. People stared, amazed that they had not noticed the fallen child. Terium returned to his mount on the snow and laid the child down. He watched the herd of humans slowly make their way to the safety of the woods, and backed away to let the parents find their child in peace.

Here and there, kinda like a ghost now. Still debating quitting but I love my viscets too much to just leave without finding them perfect homes, so I am not sure yet. Please do not ask for one of my remaining viscets out of the blue... Those who aren't going to friends will be placed for public adoption or kept
