Hazard Cats are felines with long limbs and robotic parts. Their tails are made of metal with some form of energy in the center that holds it together. Glass screens are installed into their chests that show the cats' health in the form of a heartbeat, glowing orb, or even something else. The color of the glow on the screen matches their eyes, which typically have hollowed pupils. Some cats have static on their screens, but beware. Those cats are as dangerous as they are rare. Grates are positioned on each of the cats' sides and aid in breathing. Depending on the cat, steam, mist, or liquid can come from these grates. They have three eyes, but the one in the center is almost always taped down or covered with a band-aid. This is done due to the hidden and sometimes dangerous powers that the third eye contains. Large eyes allow them to see in extremely low levels of light and their big ears help them hear potential prey miles away. Thanks to their strong legs, Hazard cats can reach speeds up to fifty miles per hour and leap near ten feet up.

It's been quite a bit since we've had a non-owner contest (I'm pretty sure, anyway)

This includes cats gifted to you, won in events, gotten from the nursery, etc, etc...
It's also going to have a bigger form than the last non-owner cat.

Not in a bad way, though. He's probably one of
the sweetest hazards you'll ever meet.
He's definitely not a fighter. He doesn't have
much of a filter between his brain and mouth,
so he comments on a situation with what he sees
at face value. It gets him in trouble, but he has an...
odd type of charisma that makes him sweetly lovable.
He doesn't realize it much, but that's the only reason
why he hasn't gotten smacked yet 'cause of his mouth.
That's also the reason why people hire him. He
has surprisingly amazing people skills.
He's not all that strong or smart or loyal or cool.
The only thing he was good at in school was
biology because he loves sea life and life in general.
Hobby: In addition to his marine biology major,
he also has a minor in photography. So he does
underwater photography for companies who
commission him out to do photo series.
It definitely helps that he has a bunch of connections
for this type of thing, because this is the only thing
supporting him since he got out of college.

мDoing photography underwater sometimes can be hard to pull off
мfor him though; while his tail can't oxidize and is therefore
ιιresistant to rust, he's alright in that front, but the energy
con his tail is so sensitive that getting water on it either feels
нhighly uncomfortable like pins and needles or down right
epainful. Saltwater ends up hurting his tail the least, and
αoverly alkaline (basic) water or overly acidic water hurts
llhim the most. So when he forgets his swim suit fitted for his
мtail, he ah, heh, uses an umbrella plastic bag and wraps that
мaround his tail.

Conversation often gives off the impression that Lulu is rather short tempered. Yes, she is quite stern and doesn't ever seem pleased; Lulu is actually quite caring and intelligent. It is due to her past that Lulu is so reserved and seems to lack most emotion. She has tempered herself into believing in only logic. Lulu is quite a fierce character when it comes to her friends - who she often regards as family. Due to events in her past, Lulu wants only to overcome weaknesses that allowed those events to take place. She feels like she can not allow herself to appear weak, and thus has to be calm - despite the inner turmoil she suffers with.
