Guardian Foxes are about the size of a full grown German Shepherd dog.
They have ears similar to those of a Fennec Fox, a species which
they are closely related to. They are given feathers, which are attached
to their tails, when they are born. Full grown Guardians typically have a
feather behind one or both of their ears.They are also born with a mist
surrounding their eyes, paws, and tails. This mist is used to capture a human's
dreams or nightmares.
Their soft coats can be any color or pattern. Pastel colors are most common,
they are often dual toned or even chimeric.

Muahhahahaha! Look at all dem edits, and AnnaROUaT gave the okay for them so don't worry about that. This is going to be a long contest, with a very basic form that you need to grow and add onto. Go nuts everyone, you have one month! 8D

Story: Kami padded through the desert. She was busy exploring every nook and cranny she didn't realized the Gaurdian Fox infornt of her until she bumped into them. "Oh, I'm sorry!" Kami apologized. "No need!" Replied the Fox kindly. "What are you doing out here?" Kami asked. "I could ask you the same. This is my home." The Fox informed. "Oh," Kami said. "Would you like to come inside?" He invited. "Sure..." Kami said wary of the Fox. "What's your name?" She asked. "I'm Luka. What's your name?" Luka asked. "My name's Kami." She replied proudly. "Well, nice to meet you Kami." Said Luka. They went deeper into Luka's burrow. "This is a lovely home you have." Complimented Kami. As they got to the central den Kami gasped. It was beautifully decorated and organized, much unlike her messy den. "What do you think?" Luka asked. "It's wonderful!" Kami replied. The two began chatting on soft decorative pillows. They talked for hours. They became great friends and they both were very happy to have bumped into each other. (Yeah, I know it's cheesy I'm just having some serious writers block.)

About: Ontario lives in a realm called "La Vie Marine", Marine Life in french.
It lives there, in a bubble in which it travels in, befriending fish and other sea creatures, he loves exploring and meeting new friends.
When he sees a fish getting chased or bullied, he jumps in a chases the predator away from the bullied fish, he then befriends the fish and cares for it for a few days.
Ontario also LOVES writing! He wrote stories for fish all around the world! He may not be famous for it, but he loves to write anyway, because he doesn't care if he's famous or not! He wrote stories about long asventures, and people who collected precious gems from around the world!

Riptide got her name as a young pup, you see she was orphaned. Riptide's mother and sisters lived in a burrow just off the beach, and it was a week after their birth that their mother died. I will tell you this story since Riptide cannot.

It was a warm summer day, and her mother and two sisters were lounging on the sand. Out of nowhere a bear staggered out of the forest, large and irritated beyond belief. Riptide's mother was good friends with this large beast, so she went to see what the problem was. As the bear saw the fox ambling towards her, she cried out a warning.

"ALICIA RUN! TAKE YOUR PUPS AND RUN!"

But the warning came late and at that moment another bear burst out of the forest in a blind fury and nearly trampled Alicia. Alicia's bear friend was now not only fighting for her life, but her friends life and the pups lives. During the fight Alicia couldn't manage to get to her pups, as soon as she sam and opening it was blocked. Sadly Alicia got killed by the other bear during one of his lunges, just before he went into the forest. Alicia's friend ran over to the pups, and said

"Quickly, we haven't got much time. Get on my back and hold tight."

The three pups did as she said, and the bear waded into the water with the pups riding on her furry back.

"He never comes into the water, never in his life. The only way he ends fights is if his opponent goes into water, or if they die."

Riptide and her sisters whimpered.

"Aww, little ones I didn't mean to scare you. I'm sorry."

Just then he walked out of the forest and saw the bear and pups in the water uttered a roar of fury and ran down the beach until he was out of sight.

"We're safe, he won't come back. I'm going to take you somewhere far away from here though, and I'm sorry but your mother is dead." With that the bear started wading back in. "Oh no. We're in a riptide."

That's when she earned her name, Riptide jumped off of the bear back and into the water. She immediately started swimming for shore, and slowly but surely made her way over. Shortly after the bear climbed out too and put her face in front of Riptide's.

"Riptide. That was a riptide, and you swam back in. Riptides are strong, but so are you. That will be your name, Riptide."

With that the bear and three fox cubs traveled up the beach searching for a place to live until the pups could make their own way in this world.

Hey there! I am balto., a newish? member to this species. I currently own one of my own Guardian Foxes, [url]Sawyer[/url], and would love to have another one join my little group. Now I probably won't be active around this species, but this does not mean that I won't look after my adopted Guardian Foxes, if I was to get more then the one I have now, I would still love them a lot. I am also apart of many other species, and none of my other characters are forgotten, and while it may see, that I'm not too active with many of them, but I tend to draw the, traditionally more then I would digitally.
