Delta Velorum Foxes are tall looking foxes that are only located on the remote planet of Delta Velorum.

Standing between 2 - 2 1/2 feet at the should, Delta Velorum Foxes are very tall in appearance compared to Red Foxes on Earth. They tend to be long legged in appearance and are well known for their endurance and agility. Males tend to be more muscular then females while female are more slender and elegant in appearance. A Delta Foxes fur tends to be very soft and short, and come in a wide variety of natural colors. It is not uncommon to see them in roans and dun colors similar to horses and are commonly seen in cat colors and patterns as well (such as calico, tabby, bengal markings ect). However the combination of colors and patterns are limitless, and each Delta Velorum Fox is different from the next. No two are ever the same in looks. Delta Velorum Foxes can come in any eye color and combination - no matter if it's natural or unnatural. A fox with two or more eye colors (known as Heterochromia) is uncommon but not unheard of.

Personality: Thorin is not shy, just quiet. He is very thoughtful, and tends to daydream . He doesn't talk much and honestly, most Delta Foxes dont even realize he's there. Some believe he is mute, but he isn't. To some, he is just like dust, that thing tjat you cant quite remember exactly but you know happened. You'll remember that you met someone, saw a fox in the corner of your eye, but no details will come, and the harder you try the harder it is to remember. Almost as if he wants to be forgotten.

Relationship With the Night: Thorin was born under both full moons, and left under a dead tree to fate. He was found by a family of opossums who pitied the poor baby fox left alone. Because he grew up with nocturnal animals, Thorin is also nocturnal. He wakes by the moons and sleeps by the sun. To him the moons are very comforting and he is happiest when the moons are out and the stars shine bright.

Lunana has a mysterious personality and a slightly secretive one at that. He constantly prefers to be vauge when answering questions or just saying a sentence that makes no sense unless you really focused on it. For example 'Your like a stinkbug, a strange creature indeed who is useful in life for others around who do not notice, however your as strange and as pointless in their eyes as you are to me', him basically saying to someone they are useful to some people, but he dislikes them anyway.
relationship with the night:
Lunana suffers from very sensitive eyes. This is because his eyes are more adapted to the night then day, so going out in the middle of the day can be a very painful thing for him. However he overcame that problem by wearing a black blindfold during day time and using his senses to locate things. Apart from that his relationship with the night is a very friendly one. He is mostly found outside when it's dusk staring at the almost visable stars and rising moon (if there is one that night).
