Ibina was asleep next to her dam, when she heard them. The whispers. The spiders were coming, and fast. She tried to move, to escape, only to realize that she couldn't. This wasn't a dream. They were really there. As one bit her, she fell back asleep, the strong neurotoxin working into her system. When she awoke, she thought it was still night. The spiders were only a nightmare. Then her dam nuzzled her and said 'Wake up, sleepymane. It's well past noon." Only then did she realize, that her nightmare was true. The spiders were real.

She was blind... for good.
