Hello all c:
Nagisa and I have been trying to figure out what to do with the twins, and have finally decided that she will be keeping the girl, and we will put the boy up for adoption.

The contest will be an impress me, with several rules.

- His name must be a city in China
- Please no large walls of text

- Brownie points if you include relationships with his family.

"Lu'an is not a girl's name!"
I'd name this young Plumerian Lu'an. This is a city in the western area of the Anhui province, with a population of around five and a half million people. According to this website, the city name can be broken into 'green' and 'peaceful', which seems to fit this fellow's green eyes.

"Mu-um, people are calling me a girl again!"
Lu'an is a boy, and rather touchy about this fact due to his name sounding similar to the girl's name 'Louanne'.

"I'm six whole years old!"
Lu'an is six years old, a little younger than his sister.

Being born on October 11th, Lu'an is said to be 'defined by his thoughtfulness and seriousness', amongst other things. His element is air, meaning that 'once he has found something of interest, he is overcome with a drive for understanding and knowledge'. His planetary allignment should provide with with a 'desire for harmony, cooperation, and an appreciation of beauty'. Whilst horoscopes are generally inaccurate, Lu'an's happens to generally fulfil the personality I had in mind for him.

Lu'an has always been rather serious for his age. When he thinks of something he wants, for example, rather than ask, he'll generally work towards it, setting himself goals on the way. He'll rarely give up on anything he sets his sights on, stubbornly pursuing it until he achieves it or fails. Additionally, he has proved himself highly intelligent, not only through his school work but through his diplomatic manner to prevent fights. He rarely sees himself as in the wrong, however is this were to be proved to him he would be devastated and attempt to make amends.
Confident/Peaceful/Clingy
Lu'an is naturally quite self-assured. With loving parents and a good amount of friends and socialising, he's never had any reason to doubt his abilities and so he doesn't. He hates conflict and arguments, and be quite the diplomat to avoid this. In the future, he will discover debating and how arguing isn't always negative, but at his current age he hates any raised voices. He can be pretty clingy, wanting to be part of things but also wanting them to be done his way. Overall, however, he is a little boy with a big heart, serious demeanour who's intelligence doesn't give him a wide view on the world.
