✦✦Serenade is very energetic. Nobody's really sure where her boundless energy comes from, but with this energy comes the fact that she's obnoxious to other Plumerians, and can talk for hours. She'll babble about random things, making other Plumies tense and giving them a headache.
Ren is also a little... "out there". She carries around a lawn flamingo, Hamilton. Serenade is always lost in thought, and sleeps a lot as well. Sera's also confident.
Also, Sera can be very insensitive at times. She'll usually tell you exactly what she thinks of you, and will make fun of other Plumerians behind their backs. Despite this, when you get to know her, Ren is extremely sweet, and won't hesitate to treat others kindly.

Now for our setting, specifically Serenade's. Ren was born from a very rich family in England. However, Serenade has moved about 12 times already, and currently lives in New York City. She may not look much like it, but Emmett is her cousin! Ren resides in an apartment with xir (and Zitao!). Although she's only seven, her parents want her to experience as much as possible, so they ship her off every once in a while.

Emmett is the only other Plumie that knows about Serenade's gender. She's too nervous about what her parents would think, so she conceals it from everyone else. The only other person she's told isn't alive. Hamilton, a plastic flamingo, is Serenade's "closest friend". She claims that he should be treated like a Plumerian, but most adult Plumies don't agree ! Hamilton is sort of Ren's equivalent to having an imaginary friend, who she's always giggling to and pouring her heart's content out to.

Serenade tries to fit into her surroundings, but she fails. Due to her "funny accent" that sounds like a mix of all the places that she's lived in, her voice really doesn't sound right anywhere. Her odd behaviors and boundless energy doesn't help, and Sera ends up getting a lot of unwanted attention! On that note, Ren's parents are never really around, but she tries hard not to fail them.

Ze finds that ze is often lead away from many
things in life to go off and lay up and watch
