~ Name: ~Vagus
~ Name Meaning: ~"Though this name can have a few meanings, it means ranging or wandering, in this sense."
~ DVF #: ~ "I am the thirteenth"
~ Gender: ~"I am a Vixen. You can refer to me as a female but
never as a Todd"
~ Collected items: ~"Oh, one has a few tails to tell you. I have procured as much as I can carry, but one is remaining with the group. Why? I wish for all of us to return as one large group, though one will branch off if one finds it necessary. I shall tell you of how I obtained these items, and their meanings."

"First is this herb. At first glance it is little more than a shoot of some random plant. That is where you would be wrong however, it is a rare type of herb that one had to travel very far to find. It has rather efficient healing properties, the juice can be used to prevent infections and eating it can solve stomach pains. It has a bitter taste and
does sting more than is desirable but its better than being in pain. I found it close to Dellhaven's land and I might have strayed over the border once or twice without my own realization."

"Now if tales of danger is more to your taste, this should be right up your street. When one foolishly strayed from the others, one met with something rather unfriendly. I suspect it would have been safer to run into Wolfmarsh territory. A huge creature with a thick brown pelt, strong muscles, razor sharp teeth and fearsome claws (similar to one of your Bears) had been sleeping behind a fallen tree. I was scouting out the area and had used the trunk as a vintage point. As one continued onwards one stepped on the beast. As expected it was less than happy. I almost got another chunk out of my ears as it lunged for me. Quick as a flash I darted away, more intent on getting space between myself and the 'bear' over finding cover. I raced around the tree's roots and back the way I had come, but my pursuer was not a fool. They leaped over the tree after me. I found a small hole at the base of another tree and squeezed myself in. After failed attempts of puling one out and making the hole bigger, the creature left. When one ventured out, one spotted a claw logged in the tree's bark. I pulled it out then returned to the rest of the group."

"Honestly one does not know what this perticular plant is. All I can say is that a cluster of them were emiting a pleasent aroma that drew my attention. They are pretty to look at and taste sweet. Indeed it was foolish to taste them, but they were so inticing and I was fine after and mearly had a nice flavor in my mouth for the rest of the day. Little is to be said about this flower, but I guess experimenting can pay off. "

"My final Item would be a facinating story to hear about you might be thinking, but, unforchinetly, it is even more foolish than the last. Near to the Rockhollow teritory, as our group continued onward, I found myself at the back. Our passing had dislogged some of the rocks so that when one went to folow the rest, they crumbled down taking oneself with it. I had to travel one layer lower than my friends for a while until the opertunity to join them came up. It did not take to long for us to reunite and I was unharmed my by fall. But before I got back to the same level, something caught my eye. Amoungst the skree was a gem, gittering blue. Thankfully It was small enough to fit inside the last of my bags. That conclues how I obtained my pilgrimage items. I hope you found my stories somewhat interesting."
~ Growing or PKS: ~"One is ever growing. The day I cease to age will be my last."
~ Will they return home once they complete their pilgrimage? ~ "Of course one shall return home once one completes her pilgrimage. Was that not the whole point? To leave, then return with experience and tales to tell. The true question is whether I would stay. Life outside of The Void is fascinating, and rather appealing. It is much different to the lifestyle of harsh snow that one is accustomed to. The other clans intrigue me, and one finds oneself, inexplicably drawn to the smallest of the clans, Rockhollow. I think I shall leave after my pilgrimage is completed and see if they will be willing enough to accept an outsider such as myself into their midst."

~ Personality: ~Vagus is rather quiet and composed. She isn't one to speak out in the beginning conversations, but once she has taken a moment to ponder she will give a long intellectual reply. She has a vast vocabulary along with a tenancy of referring to herself as 'one'. This is something Vagus does unconsciously and can arouse some amusement in others. As Vagus doesn't really have a sense of humor, she will be confused if other DVFs start to laugh while she is talking. She never jokes around and asks others reasoning behind foolish comments when they are being sarcastic. She has rather sensitive ears and hates loud sounds, not as much as their size being pointed out though. She is quite touchy and tucks herself away if she feels insulted or hurt. When someone other than herself is physically harmed Vagus will fuss over them, partly due to the fact she is quite caring and partly due to the fact she knows injuries would delay a jobs completion. She is focused on one task at a time and likes to see them finished as soon as possible. If something is taking a while Vagus gets slightly edgy and twitchy.
~ Relation to the rest of the group: ~"My four traveling companions are my family, more or less. One sees them, not as one's blood family, but one's second family. Each one of them is unique and has their own quirks. Admittedly I am not one for conversing much, but I always make sure to listen in on their conversations when they are to be heard by all. They have gotten irritating me down sufficiently well - mostly by producing loud and bothersome noises - when I seem particularly distant or tired. I feel like we are all brothers and sisters, so I treat them as such, shearing caught prey, making sure that they are all well and fussing when one of them gets a simple scratch. They, in-turn, put up with me."

Vagus stood up and stretched. She, along with the others, had been resting in a clearing after a long days travel. But sitting around seemed to be a waist of valuable time that could be used searching for things for their pilgrimage. As she started to walk away a voice called out, "Vagus, where are you going?" She didn't stop, or even look around. "One is going for a walk, rather than doing nothing. One shall return shortly." She announced. "Alright, don't get lost." Whoever it was replied. Vagus frowned.
One is not going to get lost, for one's memory is not miniscule, she thought to herself. She began to walk deeper into the forest, picking up the pace. As she broke into a run Vagus noticed a log in the distance. The air was roaring in her ears and the distance was closing fast. She leaped over is with ease, momentum carrying her further than she had expected. As she landed Vagus stumbled a bit but kept going. She slowed down and began to take in her surroundings. Birds flew overhead twittering to each other, leafs rustled in the wind and small mammals scampered about on the ground. Overall, it was a rather peaceful aura. She sat down, to take it all in. For a little while, she sat there enjoying the soft sounds of the forest.
They will probably be wondering where I am by now, Vagus decided. She trotted back to the clearing where the others lay. They were looking more rested, and ready to continue on with the journey. "And you thought one would get lost." she said, matter of factly. She sat down beside them all, and waited for the group to continue.
