Nickname: Eli
Fake Last Name: Bannington
Gender: male
Sexuality: straight
Age: 21 years
Eli (as he prefers to be called) has a tenancy of avoiding negative feelings. He strives he lives to make himself and others happy. He's also a very well-rounded academic Plumerian, exceeding in all class subjects. Along with this, he is an athlete, being the World Champion of tennis. Eli can make just about anyone laugh. It is said that some can't even look at his face without cracking a smile, just due to how likeable he is. Eli is also courageous and confident, standing up for whatever he feels he needs to. On the other hand, he can back down when he knows it's the best thing to do. Sometimes he feels like others go too far.Why the Name?I was inspired to give Seven the name Seven Up because of two reasons. First of all, I feel that his pelt resembles the Seven Up soda, being a mix of blues and greens. The white markings add to the feel because in my opinion, they look similar to the circular carbonation bubbles in soda. In addition, I currently own a Plumerian named Sierra Mist, and I think that Sierra and Seven would make a great couple and some adorable Plumie babies!
Why the Nickname?First of all, Seven needs a nickname. He changed his identity (read up on that below), and he needed a name. Eli is also the name of someone very dear to me, and although they are different, I think they'd get along nicely!
History
As a young Plumerian, Seven didn't understand much. He tended to just follow whoever looked familiar, and never questioned whatever they were doing. If he had understood more, he definitely would've questioned his parent's style of parenting. They often left Seven alone with various relatives, from aunts and uncles, to grandparents, to second cousins. He remembered that his relatives always seemed distressed, and talked about his parents in hushed whispers behind their locked bedroom doors. Seven never minded. He always took the opportunity to take a cookie from the cabinet, or maybe even steal rocks from the neighbor's backyard. Life was good as an ignorant child, and Seven usually spent most of his free time thinking or learning academic skills. As he grew, though, suspicion began to unfold. He noticed that whenever his parents retrieved him from a relative's house, they had either dust, smoke, or dirt on their faces. They were always breathing heavy, and looked behind themselves almost constantly before speeding away with Seven in their car. Seven's parents would either spend the night napping or cheering after whatever accomplishment they had just made. When eavesdropping on his parents at night, Seven learned that his mother was a treasure hunter and his dad, a sentinel for the army. The next night, Seven brought it up at the dinner table, and his parents began explaining. They had spent the last fourteen years trying to retrieve an ancient relic worth more than nine billion dollars. The issue was that it was in enemy hands, in a heavily guarded containment unit in their base. What the bad guys wanted with the relic, no one ever knew. One could say that the son was proud, but conflicted with worry on the inside. His mother and father told him that now that he knew, he would have to change his name and leave them, otherwise he would be in danger. They claimed that no one could ever be trusted, and that he should assume that spies are watching him if there are any unfamiliar faces in a familiar surrounding. At first, Seven laughed at this statement, and begged his parents to tell the truth, but by the disappointed faces, they were more serious than ever. Seven changed his name to the best thing he could think of: Eli. Although he highly regretted having to leave his parents, he had hoped that his parents told the truth and that it was for the best. Eli spent the rest of his childhood with his second cousins and their children. When he turned eighteen, Eli went to college to get a degree in engineering. The rest of Eli's life is held in the hands of the future, and only time will tell what comes next.

It was a dark, rainy day, and Eli was running through the storm. He figured that it would be a better day to be out, as none of the bad guys his parents had spoken of would be out. It was often tricky to walk amongst the forests' trees, as that was the best place for the spies to hide.
As he was running, Eli constantly readjusted his black raincoat, making sure that the letter inside was safe and sound. The seventh grader stopped to catch his breath, but a strike of lightning and boom of thunder snapped him back into attention. He had to do this as quickly as he could. So, of course, he started running again. He was now out of the forest, away from his temporary home with his aunt and uncle, and into the city.
The town didn't look so different now than from dry. It was an old town, build some time in the early 1900's. Most of the remaining buildings were a dark, brown and grey brick, although some brightly colored and torn wooden buildings littered the town. Eli scanned the city for an old mailbox, the blue ones that are often seen on TV. He was just lucky that no one wanted to be out right now. He didn't want anyone he knew seeing the letter. Fixing his eyes on his destination, Eli turned a sharp right across the street.
He sighed with relief and reached in his pocket for the letter. His eyes instantly widened- the letter wasn't there! Eli took off his jacket and frantically searched for the letter, shivering and dripping as the water fell on to him. Eventually, the plumerian decided that he should retrace his steps. If the letter wasn't in his possession, it had to be nearby. Eli ran wildly passed the giftshop, hanging a left on the candy store, and finally stopping at the police station. His heart sunk. He had lost the letter.
Eli whimpered lightly and sat down on the bench next to the police station. In exhaustion, he curled up and attempted to fall asleep. He had been in deep sleep for no more than five minutes before being awakened by a tap. He woke up to see Sierra, his crush! Even more, she held his letter in her hand! Eli shrieked on impulse.
Sierra laughed. "What's the problem, silly?" She asked, playfully slapping Eli on the head with the soft, paper letter. "I found your letter as I was walking to go pick up some groceries. Are you ok?"
Eli was too shaken to speak. Especially since Sierra didn' t know that the letter was addressed to her. This was bad, very bad. He didn't intend to hand the letter directly to her.
Sierra frowned, and turned her attention to the letter. "I don't mean to be nosy," She began, "But who is this for, anyway?" The female turned the letter to see that in big letters, "Sierra Mist" was written. Now, Sierra was more shocked than Eli. "Addressed to me?" She asked.
All Eli could manage with a shy nod.
Sierra studied the paper. "Well, if you don't mind, then, I'd like to open it." She stated. Eli had closed his eyes to try to calm himself down now, but he heard the frail crinkle of breaking paper. The noise was followed by a "woosh" as the letter was exposed from the envelope. A long pause as Sierra read the letter, and...
"Really!?!?!" Sierra asked, shocked. "You really do?" The female middle schooler did a little victory dance, right there in the rain.
Eli opened one eye slowly, then the other. He was more than surprised to see that his crush was celebrating- celebrating about his love letter!
What to do now, though? He asked himself, but he already knew the answer. With a wide grin, he joined Sierra in the victory dance, and they danced in the rain until their feet were sore and a rainbow shined through the storm. This relationship has lasted since that day, for more than ten years, and even a fool could expect it to last forever more!
Occupation
by GroeniiWhat else? Eli plays tennis! He loves it! Eli's main goal in tennis is to become part of the Canadian Olympic tennis team. He recently completed his goal of becoming the World Champion of tennis, but that just makes him worry more because he has to defend his title. All of this dedication to tennis requires practice, and plenty of it! On several occasions, Eli has taken Sierra on a date to play tennis with him. Of course in that case, it's not competitive, but it's still good to polish his skills. Tennis is no football, but it still pays a lot. Where football players could make 30 million dollars, Eli makes 1.2 million.
