I chose this name because I thought it suit her, and that it would be a fitting name for her.

This beautiful bean is a female.

This year, she loves all the snow we have been getting lately, even if it's freezing. She also really loves seeing small animal tracks, just for the fun of seeing and identifying what animal it could possibly be. If we don't get snow, she loves the chilly air that blows through her fur when she is outside, even if she has a hat and scarf on.

Finally, she loves February 20th, which happens to be love your pet day. She takes her little baby bird and her little iguana friend around the forest or just spends time pampering them. Either way, she loves love your pet day!

Despite being minty, she would rather any type of chocolate, including mint. She also likes cake or cupcakes with mint frosting, she likes the taste of it.

Favorite thing about the month of February

Coriander is fascinated by the need for things that don't necessarily exist. Things that are here one moment and gone the next. She insists that time is an illusion; hours, days, months, and years, all a figment of our imagination. Her favorite part of February is that it proves her point: leap day, February twenty-ninth, the day that only happens once every four years. The imperfection of our calendar creates the need for such a day.

Coriander loves anything spicy, but her favorite flavor is that of crushed red pepper; she puts it on everything.

I imagine her loving wind chimes and bird song,
and being named "Chime" by her parents due to her
soft voice she had as a baby, sounding very much
like a wind chime.

Gender:
Female. I cannot see her as a guy! Her smooth,
light colors look more feminine than masculine.

Favorite thing about the month of February:
Chime has a hobby of making and decorating Wind chimes. While she typically does this daily, during the month of February, she fashions some very special, extremely and delicately decorated Wind chimes. She makes as many as she can and, during the last week of the month, hangs them all up on an ancient Camphor tree in her backyard. It is traditional for her to do this in memory of her mother, who loved the soft chime of wind-chimes and bells. Her mother's birthday was thought to be in February, though the exact date is unknown as her mother was an orphan.

Favorite flavor:
The taste of ginger! Chime loves almost everything with ginger; ginger tea, ginger snaps, ginger candies, gingerbread, and so on. She always has ginger kept in her house, and uses them in many of her recipes!

Favorite thing about the month of February:

She loves how the days start to grow. The sun can be seen shining over the mountains as a thin layer of frost and ice covers the ground in a coat of sparkling shine. The sky is illuminated in every shade of pink and gold imaginable and the clouds are like heavenly platforms dazzling as the light hits them. Birds and other woodland creatures start to be seen more commonly and you can hear their songs of love floating through the air like a choir of tiny angels singing at the stroke of dawn. Balloons of red and pink shimmer as the sunlight hits them and young children watch as they fly bye. One could ask why Roxanne loves February and what part of it is her favourite but truth be told she could never answer you. February is so marvellous in her eyes that she simply can not pick a favourite part.
