A Jewel Mane Dragon is a large creature with jewels on their foreheads and tails.They eat mostly small mammals such as birds, squirrels, and rabbits. The fur on their back, hind, and front legs feel like the softest of silk and is pretty short. The fur around their neck (Also know as their mane) and tail is very soft, fluffy, and long. Jewel mane Dragons mostly keep to themselves but when they find someone they like the grow very attached, loyal, and talkative. They're all slightly bigger than a mustang but some grow to be as large as a elephant. All Jewel Mane Dragons have jewels at the end of their tail and on their forehead, there's really no exception to that rule. The jewel on their tail is used as a weapon in combat and hunting, while the jewel on their forehead is used during mating season to attract females.

He has his disagreements, sure, but he win't argue. He talks it out softly and diplomatically. He is respectful and peaceful, neveer rough and never rude.

Is this one not a given? By far, Talas's favorite thing is water. Splashing around in a pool, boarding on the beach, or just dancing in the rain. Talas is closer than anything to water, and closer to water than anything.

Of course, Talas likes the kitties! Aren't they so cute? Purring and rubbing up against your legs...he even has one, a Bengal cat, of course, one of few breeds that actually enjoys swimming. He also plans on soon getting a Russian Blue. Despite the occasional bite or scratch, Talas thinks that cats are worthwhile companions to have.

Be it whitewater rafting, parasailing, jetskiing, motorboating, paddleboarding or surfing, Talas will eagerly do anything action-packed having to do with water. He is adventurous and constantly looking for new activities, as most things aside from fishing bore him quickly- odd, because fishing is the one that requires the most patience. However, he enjoys many things like whitewater rafting and jetskiing and challenges himself in various courses and difficulties.

Pfff. Isn't this one a given? Like most of this generation, Talasanje is addicted to the Internet. Whild he doesn't spend his time derping around on Instagram or Facebook and instead does actual valid things, like e-mailing and drawing, he still couldn't live without it. Having Internet around makes drawing his latest catch so much easier!
Their feelings towards water: Talasanje could not be closer to the water than he already is. Fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, walking on the beach, splashing on the shore, swimming in his massive pool, whitewater rafting, tubing, riding down a lazy river, parasailing, waterskiing, motorboating...anything and everything, every single activity ever that had to do with water, he has done or plans to do. He spends every possible second with, by or in water {Iwatobi Swim Club, anybody?} and he is a master at swimming. Being able to breathe underwater is a huge plus, and he is sleeker than a dolphin, using his strong tail to power to the surface and slim, lean forelegs to dive down again. Water is his life, and without it, he would be ruined.

    Animal ;; Duck, duck, duck, goose! By far, some of Talasanje's favorite animals are mallards ducks and Canadian geese. There are also owls and Russian Blue and Bengal cats, among others. {Those two breeds are two well-known cat breeds who will swim. c;}
    Number ;; 34, 9, and 270. 34 because it's a 'sequence' number {the first digit comes 1 before the next}, 9 because it's the highest single-digit number, and 270 because...well, only we know why. cx
    Color ;; Blue. Blue, blue, blue, blue, blue. And red. Just kidding! I meant BLUE. Some of his favorite shades are #0080FF, #BFFFFF, #1495FF, #000480, and #50668C.
    Book ;; He's not really sure- I mean, Talasanje is a laid-back, easygoing guy, but he doesn't read very often. Still, he does like classics- some like Stuart Little and Little House on the Prairie.
    Book genre ;; Historical fiction. When he reads, he chooses the most boring topic! But to him, it's not boring at all, but actually rather fascinating.
    Music genre ;; Classic music, or jazz maybe. Pop is too upbeat, country to slow, rock-and-roll too...rocky. But jazz is nice, slow and steady and sweet, so he actually likes it a lot. He even likes instrumental- or non-vocal music.
    Band ;; He doesn't know.
    Artist ;; Again, not really sure, although he favors Jamie Cullum.
    Song ;; Jamie Cullum's remix of Rihanna's 'Please Don't Stop the Music'.
    Video Game ;; Talas isn't really much of a gamer...but he does like Sims, Zoo Tycoon, Roller Coaster Tycoon, and SimAnimals.

What he looks for in romance: Talas is not particularly looking for romance, at all. He believes that when the time for himself to be set out into the dating world has come, it will come, and once he meets his soul mate, he will follow her to the ends of the earth. Because he will know. His soul mate will be meant to be his...they will be meant for each other.
He also believes his soul mate will not be found until she meets his criteria.
Which is: She must have a huge love and respect for the ocean and all water, she must be willing to spend all day fishing with him, she must not be mean and grumpy all the time, but not a soft, sweet, round ball of adorable kindbess either. She must also have a semi-complicated design, and preferably not black, white or brown jewels. Other than that, Talas is fine with dating just about any gals...he's in no hurry, though, and his criteria gets a lot more specific. ;3
What goes on in his mind: {this part will be done by him}
Beliefs and Religion:
Superstitions: His main superstitions are the infamous 'unlucky number 13', and many more mainly about sailors' lore.
The first, yes, the belief in unlucky 13. It's quite true, hinestly, for him. 13 years old was his worst year, ever- raging hormones and his first romance made it a nightmare. He never wins any contests, any challenges, never achieves anything with number 13. He even usually gets 13 wrong on tests. Despite being usually quite a lucky guy, 13 just isn't the number for him.
There is also a few things he believes in, mostly sailors' lore- like if the sunset Is red, be warned- a storm is approaching. There are also a few about different and various birds hanging around water troughs outside, and whether they choose to swim in the trough or not can signify weather patterns soon to come. Finally, there is a bit about moorhens crossing the road- usually very rare, since these are such shy birds. If they come out, bad omens are on their way, according to this superstition.
However, Talas will have none of the nonsense about black xats. It's lies, all lies, he says, and black cats are actually quite very nice creatures. Nothing particularly bad about them. He also does not believe in 'luck of the Irish', walking under a ladder, wishing on a wishbone {but he will wish on a shooting star}, rabbit's foot, finding a penny will bring you luck, etc.
Car: Talas is the proud, very proud, owner of a 2011 Ford F-150. The truck is perfect for him, really, as he is only one jewelie- he's single as a Pringle, and fine with that as of yet. The truck, while it does have a back seat, it is really only meant to sit two jewelies, although that's okay with him. The bed in the back is also perfect for fishing rod, cooler, bait container, and anything else Talas may need to carry with him for the day.

    Ara Selene Fallon~ Yes, Talas has earned Ara's trust and friendship. He always has and still will hold an extremely high respect with her, and knows to be kind with her but also his relaxed and classic self.
    Happy~ Happy is one of Anje's many good friends, and they get along very well since both of them are very calm, easygoing and laid-back dragons. Oftentimes they share a casual chat or fishing adventure together!
    Amethyst~Amethyst is not one of Talas's best friends, but they know each other well enough. He may even have once had a very fleeting, scant crush on her, but that passed quickly, and he wouldn't have felt comfortable dating a purple jewel anyways.
    Kieran~ {he is an adult, by the way, just doesn't have an official ref yet} Kieran and Talas are actually quite close, although they're not related. They love hanging out together, and are very good friends.
    Enemies ;;
    Crush ;; Once, very long ago, he had a fleeting crush on Misaka, but that was a failed attempt at romance- his first, and hers too. To be honest, she rejected him, rather blatantly- he doesn't date purple jewels any more. However, he now has a crush once more- however, just for now, this one is being kept secret! c;
Why I want him:
What makes my form unique: I think there are a couple things in my form that make it quite unique. First, the ways I have separated the sections of the form- I have only seen separations a few times before, and never any really similar to the way I've done it. For a bit of insight, here is how I did it; the first section is the basics, like name, age, gender, label, and birthplace and time. WIP
Other: Well, first of all, I'd like to offer a huge, massive, very good luck to all of my fellow competitors. I've seen 3 other forms that I know for a fact will be strong, strong rivals, but honestly, you do not know how much I love this JMD, how much I want him, what he means to me. Water has always been a huge part of my life, and, not to boast, but I'm a fantastic swimmer. This jewelie is modeled in many aspects after many parts of my own life, and that gives me a deep personal connection to him. Anyways, I know that the future owner of this guy will be a great caretaker, and if it's not me, well, they better be drawing him every day! x3 So, just, good luck, everyone, I know you all have good forms, and a few are especially outstanding, but I'm a tough rival! >:D That's all! This JMD is just...unbelievably beautiful, by colorings and markings!

The Welsh meaning of the name Cordelia means "Jewel of the Sea". Cordelia's middle name, Mira, means "sea,ocean". Umi means "ocean" in Japanese.

Well, why else? JMDs naturally have jewels which explains the "Jewel" part. Also, this JMD is based off of water, which explains the "of the Sea" part. Also, the name Cordelia just sounds so beautiful and sweet, which perfectly fits this beautiful and unique JMD. Her middle name? Same reason, it has to do with water. What about Mira and Umi you ask? Same thing! they both mean "sea" or "ocean" which perfectly fits this beautiful blue jewelie.

Cordelia doesn't like any other nickname besides the nickname Corde (COR-dee). Maybe not as sever as Corde's anger issues, but....I mean that's just Corde!

    ➳Azure Beau as Azure and Beau is a shade of blue,which just happens to be my shades of my favourite color. Her middle name,Talia is after a young girl who recently passed which was suffering from two aggressive cancers,she had almost made it when she suddenly died and her favourite color was also blue so I thought it was suiting for her middle name. I chose the last name Brooks because it is the last name of the only guy I have ever fangirled over,Luke Brooks.She has the names that mean the most to me.

    Azure Beau. She is quite the sarcastic one. Like most girls thes days, but Azure Beau is different. Most girls in this generation are sarcastic in a rude way, but this girl is the opposite. <3 She's sarcastic in a nice, jokingly way.

    She is also somewhat Happy-Go-Lucky. We do all have those days where we want to lock ourselves in the fridge ad bite whoever opens the door, but for the most part, Azure Beau is pretty positive. :3

    Not to mention awkward. x3 Everyone is awkward around one thing or another, whether it be socializing, being around your crush, ect, but with Azure Beau....Well, lets jut say it's who she is!

    As you may have guessed at the beginning, Azure Beau is also intelligent. She's not one of the girls who brags about her knowledge, or thinks she's better that you. She's not a huge geek or anything, either. Not even a nerd(okay possibly slightly). But, she has a brain and knows how to use it. Unlike the average teenager and young adult.

    Azure Beau is also very caring. ❤ Not in a way that would make her future babies unable to do anything on their own, and not to where it's not enough care. She's caring in a reasonable way tht would keep someone safe, but still allow freedom.

    This Jewel is also quite the charismatic one. I really don't know how to explain this, so ill say this;
    Azure Beau's happy attitude, and actions, can inspire and encourage people. On the rare occasion, they even run off onto others. <3

    history;;
    ➳Azure was born at 7:09 am on a Saturday,Her mother said it made the day shine brighter then any other day she had seen before.She was a talented but mischievous child and would on a daily basis, find a way to tick off her mother which she succeeded in quite well.She would always glide along the roof when she learnt how to fly,protesting her love for freedom and pure independence,like any other rebellious person. As she verged on her 4th birthday,Her mother passed away and she was forced to live with her father,Vincent which she didn't like at all as he abandoned her as a small pup. Vince and Az would rarely get along and Az would become violet and throw things at her dad but things began to go on and more fighting was arising and Vince knew that the fighting had to stop. He sat down with Azure everyday until she agreed to stop arguing with him,and it was on her 10th birthday that Azure finally agreed and her dad became the most-protective dad you could ever meet. She became her dad's little princess and he spoilt her,Then when she became 14 she had gotten a boyfriend and Vince had gotten more protective then he ever had. Azure's best memory of her history is when Vince and her were sitting on the couch watching TV and Azure had made him a watch by hand and the picture in the watch was Azure when she was for,cuddled up to Vince for a family portrait soon after her mother died. Azure did well in school,a straight a student as well as extra curricular activities like sports,art club,dance,hospitality and photography club.Azure graduated with a master's degree in graphic designing for things like animation and video games.She is proud about her history and will always remember he mother and how well Vince and her got along so soon after their massive fights.

She is down to earth and strong.She loves to crack jokes and just be herself instead of hiding behind a mask.She is never quick to judge through looks but will judge on actions and choices the person makes.she is a little air-headed and a hudge dreamer. She is funny and nice and will always welcome you with open arms. She is approachable and caring and never tries to act like something she's not. She is not easily manipulated and cn see right through anyone's lies...she never lies herself because it makes her feel guilty so she is honest...most of the time. She is usually tired because she is a practical night owl . She is clumsy and sometimes awkward and blushes a lot but she has a kind heart and is always there for a shoulder to cry on.
