What is a Jewel Mane Dragon?;;
A Jewel Mane Dragon is a large creature with jewels on their foreheads and tails.They eat mostly small mammals such as birds, squirrels, and rabbits. The fur on their back, hind, and front legs feel like the softest of silk and is pretty short. The fur around their neck (Also know as their mane) and tail is very soft, fluffy, and long. Jewel mane Dragons mostly keep to themselves but when they find someone they like the grow very attached, loyal, and talkative. They're all slightly bigger than a mustang but some grow to be as large as a elephant. All Jewel Mane Dragons have jewels at the end of their tail and on their forehead, there's really no exception to that rule. The jewel on their tail is used as a weapon in combat and hunting, while the jewel on their forehead is used during mating season to attract females.

This is the hawaiian themed JMD I promised you guys (: I hope you all like him as much as I do. He has colorful/topical coloured tribal markings. Many are just random but there is a flower on his shoulder. Her jewel colour is a sea blue, and he of course can control water. A sandy coloured base coat and a woven brown anklet with shells on it is his accessory. Eye colour is indeed black.

The form Tips::
-I generally don't like reading forms where the font is too 'bright'. It tends to get hard to read and I don't continue with it.

-I like reading forms that have good grammar and some thought into it.

-Too many graphic things like from glittergraphics or like moving pictures tends to distract me too much from the actual form, a little is okay a lot is not.

-When I see extras of the JMD it makes me want to read the form because that person generally has put in a lot of effort

-Keeping forms to a decent length. If they're too short sometimes I dont bother, like if I can read t hem in 2 minutes. IF they're too long, like it will take me forever to scroll down I'll gnerelaly stop halfway through unless its really good. Keep your form to a good length though, put in a lot of effort. Don't think my lazy though, I generally like to see people when they have good long forms that have effort put into them. But if they're just a punch of random graphics and I need to scroll and scroll and scroll, I just don't like to continue.

-When you do have extras such as art (a great plus) I like it when they're visually on the form in a creative or nice organized way. That way I don't have to click on every single link to the drawing

Name;; This is Keahi Szilarin. His first name means fire in Hawaiian. His parents were hoping for a flame to carry on their legacy and family business. His last name is a modification of the Hungarian last name Szilard (which is pretty much "Smith"). It's much easier to pronounce than it looks. The S is silent, making it sound more like Zilarin.

|Cold| Ever since the tragedy that happened when Keahi was seven, he's been an emotionless brick. A businesslike manner envelopes this young teen, and he doesn't get attached to people easily. Instead, he chooses to isolate himself, acting in a most condescending manner. He doesn't have many friends, and dragons sometimes try to pick on him, none of them expecting to hit the cold, steel wall that he's built inside.
|Focused| Keahi attacks problems with a single-minded focus. Nothing can distract him easily, with the exceptions being food and swimming. If he wants something, he will persevere until he gets that thing. His pride doesn't let him admit defeat easily, which can lead to difficulties.
|Stubborn| If you want Keahi to do something, and he doesn't feel like it, it probably won't happen. Some joke that Keahi is stubborn enough to make a mule look like it obeys every command. It can be a good thing, as Keahi was never one to submit to peer pressure, and kept himself in good order. However, he has his own ideas for how things should be run, and he doesn't loud things straying outside of his internal reality.
|Blunt| Keahi doesn't sugarcoat things. He believes that using the smallest amount of words possible leaves more time in the day for more pleasurable things, and sticks to it. Even while doing research of any type, he keeps reports short. If you say "plz" because it's shorter than "please", he'll shake his head no because its shorter than anything, and he can start ignoring you more quickly.

His twin;;
When Keahi was born in Hungary, he had a franternal twin sister named Kalei. As any twins or siblings do, they grew up with a close bond that was often fragmented momentarily by childish arguments (for example, Keahi was always jealous of Kalei's markings. He later grew his own markings, but they still looked very different from each other). When the twins were seven, the family immigrated from Hungary by ship, as it was the only means available to them. The ship was proceeding as normal, when it got caught in a storm (very cliché). All children are curious. They're often too curious for their own good. Keahi and Kalei managed to escape their parent's watchful eyes, and sneak onto the deck. Big storm, lots of rain, huge waves. Kalei ventured too close to the railing. Keahi saw the danger, saw the wave, and grabbed onto the mast. The wave hit, and when Keahi could see again, Kalei was gone, swept over the side. Keahi doesn't know it, but she's still out there, and very much alive...

How he got his anklet (and what it means);; The anklet decorating Keahi's back left ankle has a very special meaning. He wove it as a sort of promise. It was a promise to never give up, a promise to always stay strong, to always love family, to remember, and to carry on the legacy. To maintain his outer "tough guy", he often tells people that its a tribal bracelet to go with his tribal markings. The gullible dragons often believe him, and regard him in something akin to awe.

Maleko slipped out into the early morning, carefully watching each step as so not to alert his parents to what he was doing. The small one room hut creaked more then he would've liked with each step he took, but Maleko managed to slip out without being caught. Walking along the ripped up street of the town, there where few people out of bed at this time, but those that did always gave him distrustful glares. Maleko always managed to ignore them, but there was always a small pang in his heart. He quickly brushed that aside with the thought of the Sea, he would be there soon. He hurried along, hoping to avoid even more of the glares, and to shorten the time it would take to walk there. Normally he might enjoy the morning more, but there seemed to be more tourists then normal hanging about, and Maleko wanted to avoid the angry thoughts he could almost feel coming his way. He knew when he was there, when the hard scrape of gravel on his worn out shoes and feet turned to a soothing blanket of sand, when the hard greys and dirty browns of the town turned to perfect blues and soft browns and whites. When the smell of smoke and the bustle of people turned to a salty tang and the perfect sound of the roll of the waves. Maleko was home. Kicking off his worn out sneakers, he waded into the water, not minding that his shorts where getting wet. Dunking his head underwater, he could hear the whisper and crash of the water. He stayed like this for some time, just enjoying the water and sea itself, until he felt the suns hard rays on his back and heard the loud chatter of the tourists. They where almost as bad as the seagulls, and at least the seagulls picked up the edible trash. Sighing, he slowly drifted towards shore, letting the waves drag him in, picking up the odd pieces of plastic bag that floated his way. Stepping unto shore, instead of feeling the soft sand, Maleko felt, and heard, a large crack. Lifting his foot, Maleko found a small piece of driftwood, that use to be a small log. Looking closer, he found that the intact piece, now no larger then the jewel on his tail had a small heart in the center of it.

Smiling, he picked up the little branch and carried it home. After pretending to hear his father yelling at him for sneaking out once more, he carried the branch to his room, setting it on his wood-carving table, whittling the wood surrounding the little heart until it was a small bracelet. He then carved the outside out into little waves, then painted the white foam unto them. Maleko looked over his work with pride, then slipped the bracelet of driftwood unto his leg.
"Now, the sea and I will always be together."

He is indeed rather temperamental - don't tell him this, or you'll make it worse. Erised surfs, of course, and skateboards on land.
