Sure! You can have him! I absolutely love his name.
He should grow into an adult within a day or two.
Also there is no Betas. There are only leaders(up to 4 of them), Foals, Sorcerers, Healers, and a herder/any other horse. There are also blacksmiths that live in the mountains and they make the Helagles' armor.
