This picture shows (or was supposed to show) Frank searching for the sun.
He wants to know how the night is created,
(as the night interests him very much)
and he thinks in order to do so,
he must ask the sun.
So he races towards a sun set,
when the bright star appears level with the earth,
and speaks with it, asking.
But he never does get an answer.

When I saw this beautiful little guy, the name Tony instantly popped into my head. I thought it was a perfect name for him, and decided to stick to it.

This peice was inspired by Tarzan, when he is looking at his reflection and hating himself for being "different". In my art, Tony is peering into the water and wondering who he really is. He feels sort of downcast, and is wondering if he matters, or if the world would miss him at all if he just were to dissapear one day. He isn't usually a depressed bean, but he is feeling particularly down on this occasion.
