Companion: A small cat named Swamp. Swamp has quite the personality. She is a rough type. Strong, independent and can cause quite a ruckus. Swamp can hold her own and often stubbornly chooses to do her own thing. She loves to have fun, which in her mind is often rough and tumble, getting her into trouble. However, under all of those strong qualities, there is another. She rarely meets others who care about her, so when she met Treena she was amazed that someone would accept her as she did. Treena is now Swamps only true friend. They often travel the forest together. Swamp admires Treena's loyalty and leadership. (Even though she so often rebels against Treena telling her what to do, she loves the fact that she cares so much about her.)

Treena looks like she would spend a lot of her time living in the forest. I was thinking of all the creatures she might find around a swamp because it seemed like another place she might go occasionally. Then my imagination went wild creating Swamp!
How they meet their companion:The Swamp Cat
(WIP this isn't quite finished, but I've been studying really hard for a test and I'm not sure if I am going to be able to finish it in time. Also, I'm sorry if it's too long.

I was kind of getting carried away.)
"What, are you crazy!"
"No, I'm going to do it. But I really need you to come with me." Treena determined.
Treena, one of the younger Kiamaras, finally could not stand it anymore. She had had enough. After being teased once again, she had angrily taken up her bullies' halfhearted, teasing and sarcastic challenge. Of course her tormentors figured this could be another thing to hang over her head in teasing. (After all there were only a few foolish Kiamaras who actually dared to do such a thing. Even the bravest didn't dare wander near.)
"You know the stories. What if we never come back alive! Even if you do go it won't stop the teasing. They will just make fun of you for being so ignorant."
"Most of those are only tales that were made to keep little Kiamaras away from danger. We will be careful. All we need to do is get some of the mushroom to prove we were there than we will leave. I promise. Trust me I don't want to be there just as much as anybody, but I can't stand it anymore." said Treena.
...
As Treena and her friend got closer and closer, doubts started to fill their minds. The forest that she had had so many joyous adventures in, seemed to get thicker and thicker, and fog started to appear. There was the swamp. Even at a distance it was starting to give them shudders. Just two stone throws away from the edge of the swamp, Treena's friend stopped behind a tree.
"I don't think I can do this! Please let's go home now." she pleaded.
"I've got to do this. Please stay with me." Treena said with a hint a fright herself.
"I don't know..."
"At lea- at least stay here and keep an eye on me." Treena replied, spotting the mushroom that was unique to this swamp.
She knew this would prove that she had been here. Then they would know she was just as good as the rest of them.
"Alright. But please hurry!"
As Treena cautiously walked towards the small patch of mushrooms a little ways away, she was scared stiff by a small demanding voice.
"Who do you think you are?"Treena gasped as a dirty, damp looking cat jumped on top of a large rock right in front of her. It had medium matted fur and an authoritative manner.
"The Swamp Cat!" Treena thought in terror."Who are you and why are you here? You know I have every right to prosecute you for trespassing." the cat threatened.
"I- I- just- wanted to get some of those mushrooms." Treena managed to stammer and squeak out.
"I don't try to steal things from your garden.""I'm sorry." was all Treena could think to say.
"You're sorry! Ha! Whenever your type comes around here they just take stuff and destroy things." the cat ridiculed.
Still a work in progress

Sorry it's a bit messy
