·Name;; Elvis.
·Reason for his name;; Elvis was named Elvis after his mother's
favourite human singer, but also because of his hair... He doesn't
exactly see the resemblance, but, hey.
·Nickname;; Elvi. {Rarely called by his nickname, though.}
·Gender;; Male.
·Age;; Adult.
·Likes;; Elvis likes roses, gardens, flowers,
females, rock, music, spring, Easter, chocolate, being pampered,
having nothing to do, being lazy, fluffiness, pink, purple, colours,
flirting, surprizes and acting childish.
·Dislikes;; He dislikes reading, being sick, sickness, getting
touched, water, swimming, scary stuff, being helpless, getting ignored,
having his garden die, forgetting things too easily and fish.
·Medical Conditions;; Elvis is dyslexic, though many don't know it.
·Favorite thing about Spring;; His favourite thing is working on
his garden. Yes, Elvis has his own garden. Manly, huh? Elvis had
helped his motherwhen she had her garden, and he kind of just
picked up on the activity. His favourite flowers are his roses,
and he likes to grow them every year.
·Brief Personality;; A charmer, sweet, kind, flirtatious,
adventurous, outgoing, creative... He tends to jump into
things without thinking.
·Personality;; Elvis walks around with a smik on his face,
like he knows that the ladies want him. Almost in a teasing way,
he acts uninterested in them for the first little while. If they
start to show some interest in him, he'll then open up to them.
He can be very flirtatious. But, he knows when to stop. Elvis is
sweet, though. He is quite the charmer, but he's sweet... He's
kind as well, even to strangers. Elvis can be creative and
adventurous. He's also very outgoing at times. Elvis is quite
childish for his age, though. He likes to be childish. A bad thing
about Elvis is that he jumps into things without thinking. Sometimes
things will just come out of his mouth, or he'll act without thought.
It can get him in a lot of trouble, too...
·Easter Story;; The young Kia's pranced
about, peeking around here and there. They had little baskets with them
that swayed from side to side as they ran. It was a contest. A little contest.
-
"It's not nice to make fun of the Easter bunny, mister..."
-
Elvis jumped and whirled around, to see a tiny Kia looking up at him
with big rounded eyes. He calmed himself and just smiled. "I'm-"
he paused, realizing the comment was about his ears. "Not trying
to make fun of him, sweetie," he said, and flicked his ear.
-
"Yes you are... Why are you wearing bunny ears?" she asked, her
voice raising as she asked the question.
-
"Oh, no, sweetheart, those are my normal ears." Elvis said, and
shook his head, wiggling his ears. He batted at one. "No fakeness
here!"
-
The girl giggled. "You have funny ears!" she said and skipped around
him before stopping in front of him again. "Can you help me?"
-
Elvis nodded. "Sure thing, what's up?" he asked, blinking.
-
"Eggs." she said. That was all she said before turning around and rushing
off.
-
"W-wait!" he called, and ran through the cool afternoon grass
after her.
-
It didn't take long for him to catch up, and soon he was running
right behind the young female Kia. He wasn't exactly sure where
they were heading, as he was being taken farther away from the
easter egg hunting area. He blinked as she started into a forest.
It seemed like the Kia had no intention of stopping yet.
-
"Huh - hey!" he squealed. All of a sudden the Kia dropped her
basket, and it flew right back into Elvis. He found himself
tripping over the basket, and landing on the muddy spring
ground.
-
As he was lifting himself onto his paws, he lifted his head.
The child was staring up at the branches of the tree,
smiling. "Eggs." she whispered and looked over at
Elvis.
-
"Oh," he said as he stood up straight. "Eggs!" he
shouted, finally realizing what she meant. The girl
looked at the nest.
-
"Help." the girl said, and placed her paws on the base
of the tree.
-
Elvis blinked. "N-no, sweetheart, you can't take the eggs
away from their mommy." he explained sweetly. He rubbed
the top of the girl's head comfortingly.
-
"Why?" she asked.
-
"B-because..." he paused, not exactly knowing how to
explain. "They need their mommy to live... Just like
you need yours."
-
The girl went quiet, and Elvis was slightly lost for words. He
cleared his throat. "Well, hey, why don't we go and finish that
egg hunt out there?" he suggested.
-
He could basically sense the grin that spread across the girl's
face. "Yeah! I'm going to kick some butt!"
·History about his ears;; "Elvi!~"
Elvis turned around and ran toward his friend, smiling before breaking
into laughter. He stumbled a little, his paw getting caught on something.
It tripped him, and he flew into the ground.
"Meep!"
His friend tripped over him, and they lay in a crumpled heap. His friend
slowly rose to his paws, and looked at Elvis. Elvi's ears lay scattered
on the grass around them. His friend's face contorted in disgust.
"Elvis... Did you trip on your ears?"
---------------
Elvis was often outcasted because of his ears. When he was young, one
ear was longer than the other. It made him feel even worse. He was only
welcomed by few, but others thought he was some sort of monster. Some
just saw it as a horrible birth defect, so he was treated like he was some
sort of extraterrestrial life by them. As a young Kia, he was lonely. He
had very few friends, so he was alone a lot. It wasn't until he was older
that he learned. As Elvis grew into an adult, he realized
that he was special, in a good way. No one could scar him with stupid, hurtful
comments anymore. Elvis was now proud of his ears. He thought of himself
as beautiful, as a gift. He learned how to deal with his ears.

Well, I can't help but fall in love with this dazzling Kiamara's design, even if it is a bit simple. Although all Kiamaras have spots, something about the color choices of this ones dapples was just charming, endearing perhaps, and blended perfectly with the tealish white of the rest of this Kia's fur. And the ears- my favorite animal is a rabbit! They're truly perfect, simple to draw but filled with a meaning all their own. To top the design off, this special adoptable has a curly pink mane and tail, and three- a magic number!- pastel feathers. It's not hard to see why I loved this Kiamara on sight.
However, I also adore her even more since she's like a dream come true, and she'd be my first Kiamara! The first Kia anyone gets is special, but to me, Angel Lace would be golden, and the joy of winning her would be overwhelming. More than that, she'd be a treasure- not one that you store away, but one you keep forever- to me, even when the days get rough. A Kiamara can do that, and Angel Lace is just the one I've been waiting for, the perfect adopt that brings a bit of simple happiness to my day.
Angel Lace also happens to be the perfect art and story character. Her colors look good with anything, and her unique combination of character traits make her memorable, but still interesting as a protagonist in any enticing tale I can come up with. She's just one of those characters who you can never stop improving, but is also a bit forgetful: so problems can occur, although the mistakes are small, it makes me love this Kia even more! I'm constantly pouring my heart into this Kiamara- she's just perfect, beyond my wildest dreams!
