I got the name from the fact that she has shades of green like this type of tree, and even bristle-like markings! Sometimes goes by "Minty".

1. Evergreen loves botany. She has a green thumb, literally. Plants are her specialty and she makes lots of fresh salads. She is most successful with herbs, but her fruit seems to be eaten by animals before she can harvest it!
2. She respects everyone's opinions. She allows everyone to think what they want and doesn't start fights about beliefs. Evergreen is very open to ideas and concepts. Whether a debate is about politics or religion, she listens and isn't biased towards one side and lets others think what they want.
3. Minty cares ridiculously about recycling. It starts at the store, where she only buys things that have recyclable packages. Then, at home, after using/opening the item, Evergreen painstakingly examines the box and checks everything to find the recycling sign. She has what each means memorized. Finally, she places it in the exact recycling bin, but only after making sure it is following every guideline. When someone is about to throw something recyclable away, Minty rushes over to put it in the right place and lecture that wrongdoer on the importance of recycling.
