Fera has a....Intersting effect on other creatures around her. Whenever an creature(any creature, a squirrel a human or another Kelpie) beholds her they instantly feel a tingle running through them. Suddenly a paralyzing fear grips the creature until it is completely immbolized. Evem if she has walked through here, some creatures are gripped with a heart stopping fear. Though it isn't that Fera is a cruel Kelpie, she's just bored. She does enjoy watching there reaction. She's noticed that the effect in even quicker if the creature makes the mistake to look into her eyes. She finds it amusing to watch the fierstest creatures of the swamps cower from her presance.

It sounds like a terrified girl, she tricks you into helping the screaming girl (it's really Banshee), but nobody is there when you reach the spot.
